Nice location, clean room and staff are friendly and very helpful
Nothing, everything was nice
From The moment We arrived at this Hotell the could not do enough For us. They are brilliant and so friendly, Ahmed is amazing as are all the staff. Food was amazing also the place is clean and smells nice our room was with pyramids view which was so nice. The trips was amazing and our tour guide was knowlegable and fun i would 100% recommend this Hotel thank you guys For ur amazing hospitality
We very much enjoyed the hospitality of Ahmed and Mohamed and their family and staff.
We had a family room and it was a quiet retreat from the busyness of Egypt. The staff is also very accommodating to help you order food in if you don't want to go out at night as well as there's a great coffee shop right downstairs on the street.
The staff is always available to help arrange a car or tours if you like but not too pushy. The car that they arranged for us from the airport was very helpful.
The room itself was very comfortable and always smelled fresh and clean, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well.
