Our stay at this hotel left a very mixed impression, and the overall price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.

There was a complete lack of transparency regarding extra fees, as we were only informed about the charges for parking and our pet at checkout, even though we were previously asked about parking without any mention of a fee. Furthermore, our room was located in a completely different building across the street above the "Vandenis" cafe rather than the main Palanga SPA building. The hotel's "Luxury" wing is extremely outdated and old-school, the "Design" wing is in serious need of renovation, and the breakfast selection was incredibly poor compared to other 5-star properties.

Excellent location, nice breakfast and good service
Pros:

Excellent location, within a short walk from the beach, the park and the downtown. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Cons:

Everything was fine for the most part, except the bathtub wasn’t properly cleaned - there was someone’s hair clogging the drain.
