Guests staying at Palanga Spa Life Balance Hotel receive a complimentary no limited access to the mineral water pool and bath complex and Fitness room on V-VI from 8:00 to 22:00, and on VII-IV from 08:00 to 21.00.
Please note that a passport and a banking card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.

Viešbučio vieta, nuostabus personalas ir bendra atmosfera puiki. Kambariuose yra visko ko gali prireikti, o jeigu nėra - greitai bus pasirūpinta.
Pusryčiai tikrai neatitinka kainos, nes kiti, panašaus lygio viešbučiai Palangoje siūlo daug geresnius pusryčius (ypač karšto maisto pasirinkimus: Vila Komoda, Monist), o čia labai liūdnai. Čia tas pats ir dėl mokamo parkingo (30 eur.), nes jie kitur yra nemokami.
Spa zonoje labai tvanku, trūksta vedinimo, nepatogūs gultai prie baseino.
This is a true five star hotel, impecably maintained, super clean, stylish and comfortable. Amazing breakfast including freshly squeezed juices, gluten free choises, mimosas and attentive wait staff. Impressive spa area with five different saunas, mineral water swimming pool, sea water hot tub and few outside pools. Various massages, body and facial treatments, highest quality products. We are glad we found this gem in Palanga and will be returning yearly.

Viskas atrodo naujai, kaip po remonto, malonus kvapas kambaryje, švara, gražus vaizdas pro langą, jaukus balkonas. Interjero detalės. Nedidelė, bet jauki sporto salė.
Šaltokas vidaus baseino vanduo. Mažas pusryčių pasirinkimas. Iš karštų patiekalų buvo tik vienas, o šalia esančio nebuvo (buvo tik užrašytas pavadinimas). Bloga kambario durų izoliacija - nuolatinis triukšmas nuo atsidarančių lifto durelių. Vonioje nebuvo papildyti skysto muilo ir šampūno dozatoriai.
Vonios kambarys nebuvo iki galo švarus. Buvo likę prieš tai gyvenusių svečių plaukų.
Lieliska viesnīca irt iepaši cenā iekļauts spa komplekss ar baseinu, pirtim, pirtnieku, baseins pildits ar dabigu minerāludeni, un to var apmeklēt neierobežotu laiku, super. Mums atļāva to apmeklēt arī no rīta pēc chek out laika, paldies par to viesnīcai! Lieliskas brokastis ar svaigu sulu !
