Pros:

Clean, good location, nice interior.
We had a lovely dinner at Vandenis building restaurant.

Cons:

Didn’t like restricted hours for SPA/swim pool. We arrived half seven at evening with two teenage kids and were told that kids won’t be able to go to swim pool.
Another thing was a very unpleasant incident after breakfast. Breakfast were included in our stay and we thought it would be a nice gesture to leave tip for a women who took care of our table. On the way leaving restaurant we saw how waitress took tip and showed some unpleasant gestures about us. To say it was shocking is understatement as I never expected that for goodwill gesture to be made fun in return.
Our family were planning to spend a few weeks at this hotel this summer, but after this stay experience we decided not to choose this hotel for summer vacation.

Pasakiškas viešbutis su labai smulkiais trūkumais
Pros:

Nuostabi graži rami vieta tarp pušų, nepriekaištinga švara, puikus,neįkyrus, bet labai paslaugus personalas, nuo ryto iki vakaro veikiantys baseinai ir pirtys, kas labai retai būna kituose viešbučiuose. O labiausiai patiko Jacuzzi baseinėlis lauke, po žvaigždėmis ir pušimis. Vien dėl jo verta ten apsistoti! Labai geros ir patogios lovos. Šiluma.

Cons:

Kreivos kambario grindys, kreivi langai kambariuose (dizainas), nuo kurių svaigsta galva. Itin neskani ir nevykusi duona pusryčių restorane; nors apskritai pusryčiai neblogi. Informacija persirengimo patalpose surašyta tokiu smulkiu šriftu, kad prieblandoje neįmanoma nieko perskaityti. Keblus persirengimo spintelių užrakinimas ir atrakinimas, kartais tenka kviestis pagalbą.

Kambarys patogus, lova plati. Ramu.
Personalas puikiai dirba, paslaugūs ir malonūs.

Cons:

Spa šeštadienį 15-17 val žmonių gerokai daugiau nei persirengimo spintelių, spintelių užraktai dažnai užstringa, prie baseino trūksta vietų ar kabliukų chalatui pasikabinti.
Kambaryje dušo galvutė labai sena, labai nepatogu praustis. Naktį iš vonios kambario sklinda šviesa ir trukdo miegoti.
Kondicionierius nustatytas taip, kad per karšta ir dieną 24, ir naktį 22.
Pagalvės nepatogios - per minkštos.
