Cosy, friendly, terrace and kitchenet, moderate price, in the Old Town. Hard to find better
Pros:

Excellent location in the Old Town; 5 minute walk from the Gate, 30 minutes from the Marmaris ferry (we took a taxi).
Hosts are very friendly and own an excellent coffee shop and bakery on the property (10% discount for guests, very good breakfast).
We would not hesitate to stay there again.

There is a kitchenet with microwave, fridge and sink. Nice terrace (not really a view, as would be the case anywhere in the Old Town) great for evening drinks and snacks.

We were there late April, before the season starts. Very quiet. From mid-May Rhodes is hot and very crowded.

Exceptional. What a joy.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t included but they also own an exquisite cafe just outside and they provide a discount. Amazing baked goods and breakfasts. So fresh and tasty. I’ll miss it. They provided free English Netflix. The owners were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. It was wonderful. I didn’t want to leave.

Flott beliggenhet, behagelig og rolig leilighet med hyggelig husvert.
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet som er enkel å komme til. Veldig hyggelig husvert som tar vare på deg og er veldig behjelpelig med det meste. Veldig rolig og behagelig, ingen støy fra gater eller nattklubber. Rolig del av gamlebyen. God plass, greit kjøkken med mikrobølgeovn, stort kjøleskap og vannkoker.

Cons:

Kunne vært bedre sitteplass inne, det er noen stoler men de er store og litt uhamslige, ikke behagelig for frokost. Det er ingen koketopp på kjøkkenet. Badet har feil fall som gjør at man må bruke nal for å fjerne vann fra gulvet etter hver dusj. Trykk i dusjen er også lavt men på nivå med tilsvarende steder i gamlebyen.

Old townı hissetmek için güzel bir adres
Pros:

Öncelikle konumu çok güzeldi. Peanut butter odada kaldım çok güzel bir balkonu vardı akşam yemeklerimi burda yedim açıkçası dışarda yemek çok da cazip gelmedi:) Mary çok yardımsever ve tatlı biri birçok konuda bana yardımcı oldu. Tekrar Rodos’a gelirsem bu büyülü mobilyalarla döşenmiş kendinizi gerçekten old townda bir evde kalmak isterim.☺️ sabah saatlerinde balkona açılan kapıyı ve o sakinliği özleyeceğim 🥲🍀

Man möchte es am liebsten als Geheimtipp behalten :-)
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauerbes Zimmer mit Küche (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, kein Herd) und kleinem Bad. Traumhaft ist die Dachterrasse, die wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer für Gemütlichkeit sorgt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Und im Cafe unten gibt es sehr feine Sachen! Die Vermieter haben auf Anfragen sehr rasch reagiert und waren superfreundlich!

Cons:

Ist es auf der Dachterrasse zu frisch (oder zu heiß) fehlt innen ein gemütlicher Platz. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Küchentisch mit schönen, aber etwas unbequemen Stühlen, und dem Bett. Aber das ist "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau!! Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt!

Would 100% recommend this as a place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed in the Peanut Butter room and it was beautiful. Lovely little outside area too.
The location was perfect for the Old Town and getting around.
Really recommend going for breakfast next door at the Old Town Corner cafe; best breakfast we had.

Cons:

Every night from about 6pm the WiFi stopped working making it a little tricky to plan things for the next day!

Old Town Corner Luxury Studios
Pros:

Our room was really lovely, comfy bed & ideal location in the Old Town. Everything was done right, down to the decor, kitchen & bathroom supplies & tv setup. Mary was a great host & helpful with telling us where to park our rental car. The bakery she runs is highly rated in the old town & deservedly so. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit patchy & slow at times.

Квартира была чудесная, терраса изумительная, и главное всё чисто, и удобно что рядом кофейня, где готовят очень вкусные завтраки в городе. Расположение отличное, до пляжа 25 мин прогулки через старый город, атмосфера в старом городе особенно вечером волшебная. Спасибо Большое, Мэри!
