Swim and Relax
Pros:

Wonderful staff going out of their way to make your stay first rate. The swimming pool is carefully maintained and a welcome break from the rigors of Nepal travel. The breakfast was the best. Loved our stay here.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel and room appeared generally clean, and as they did not have many guests when I visited, I was given a room with a double bed which was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The location isn't the best. Whilst to be fair there is not much in Beni for tourists and it is generally a quick stopover for those traveling North or South, the hotel was some distance out of town. For those on foot, it's a good half an hour walk to/from the bus/jeep stands. The hotel is also located down a dusty, rocky track.

Although I had not intended to swim, I noticed that the cleanliness of the swimming pool had been rather neglected - not ideal as that's quite a USP around these parts and after a hard trek some tourists would probably love to go for a swim.

I had a room overlooking the swimming pool which before 8am had chanting music playing for well over an hour. I'm fairly sensitive to different cultures, but I didn't really appreciate it being played directly outside of my bedroom early in the morning and it did become very monotonous very quickly... A bit annoying.

Pros:

Really fantastic property with really, really caring and friendly staff. The owners are very personable and go out of their way to ensure comfort. And the thali is delicious!

The place to be in Beni with comfortable and amazing view!
Pros:

We were welcomed with so friendly open arms and the staff was always looking after us and took great care to make us feel even more comfortable. Communication was super good, great cozy beds and nice hot shower! They also have a restaurant with great food!
