Cons:

Even though it’s not an expensive hotel by Prague standards, it’s still awful. It’s already warm outside, but in the room the radiators are turned up as if it were minus 20 degrees, the windows are shut, and you can’t turn them off.

I booked a room with two single beds, but even after a second attempt at reception, they couldn’t sort it out.
