Sehr nettes, engagiertes Personal.

Cons:

Teures Hotel mit wenig Komfort
Pros:

Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, Bad sehr groß. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Wallbox vorhanden und kostet pro Stunde 6€

Cons:

Die Bilder stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Das Hotel war sicher mal toll, ist aber komplett in die Jahre gekommen. Im Schwimmbad lagen tote Fliegen, die Fliesen waren zum Teil abgeplatzt. Es hat sich etwas schmuddelig angefühlt.
Das Internet ging nicht und das Restaurant hatte geschlossen. Frühstück konnte man für 19€ dazu buchen.
Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein.

Pros:

Die Terasse am Zimmer mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick. Der erfrischende Pool war toll.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sehr stark gerochen. Ich denke, dass die Plastikvorhänge und die unechte Ledercouch durch die Erwärmung der Sonne und der Hitze im Zimmer den schlechten Geruch erzeugt haben. Es war wirklich unangenehm. Auch durch Lüften ging es nicht weg. Direktor Türen und auch einige Möbel sind verschrammt gewesen. Es sah etwas abgenutzt aus. Dennoch war es sehr sauber. Für 1-2 Nächte ok, aber länger Urlaub machen würde ich in dem Zimmer nicht. Andere Zimmer sind vielleicht besser in Schuss. Der Pool und die freundliche Begrüßung machen das wieder gut.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bardzo ładny obiekt o wysokim standardzie. Piękny widok. Duże pokoje. Dla mnie na duży plus było to że osobno była toaleta a osobno łazienka z wanną. Miejsca parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Narciarnia. Ładnie położony obiekt lekko na uboczu. Bardzo miły personel. Piękny basen oraz strefa z saunami. Na terenie obiektu restauracja w której można zarezerwować sobie kolację. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Idealny obiekt na kilkudniowym wypadł na narty.

​Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen im Detail
Pros:

​Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon – ein echtes Highlight! Auch der Wellnessbereich war klasse und das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck getrübt haben: Zum einen herrschte im Appartement ein sehr intensiver und unangenehmer Geruch nach der Ledercouch, der leider auch durch Lüften nicht wirklich wegging. Zum anderen wirkte das Zimmer an einigen Stellen etwas abgelebt. An den Wänden waren deutliche Abnutzungen und dunkle Schlieren von den Möbeln zu sehen, die nicht korrigiert wurden. Das wirkte leider etwas schmuddelig, was bei der eigentlich hochwertigen und modernen Einrichtung sehr schade und unnötig war.

SOGGIORNO IN RELAX NELLA VALLE DI STUBAI
Pros:

Struttura perfetta per la visita della valle di Stubai. Colazione con tutto disponibile, e appartamento dotato di tutto quello che serve. La SPA a disposizione è piccola ma c'è tutto quello che serve , in particolare c'è anche la cabina a raggi infrarossi che permette di rilassare i muscoli dopo una giornata di trekking. Il personale è stato molto gentile.
