Auf keinen Fall wieder, die Szene hat sich zum Teil vor anderen Gästen abgespiegelt, die mich danach empört gefragt habe

Die Chefin geht gar nicht, zum einen habe ich 2 Wochen vor der anreise versucht, mit der Unterkunft Kontakt aufzunehmen, weder telefonisch noch per geforderten Rückruf über AB erreichbar. Zum anderen am Tag der Anreise wurden wir vom Personal scheinbar in ein falsches Zimmer gebracht, da die Chefin zu spät da war. Hast die Chefin gekommen ist, hat sie uns sehr unter der Gürtellinie angegriffen, was wir in diesem Zimmer machen würden und ich habe ihr die Situation erklärt und sie hat uns trotzdem verbal angegriffen und gesagt ist die Stornierung jetzt und ist froh, wenn wir wieder weg sind. Danach ist natürlich auch ein schönes Wort zurückgekommen, aber das davor war einfach unmöglich und hat eine negative Reaktion unserer Seite ausgelöst. Wir sind über 6 Stunden dahin gefahren und wurden mit unseren sechs Kindern einfach vor die Tür gesetzt, obwohl es definitiv nicht unser Fehler war. Wir haben im Nachbar Ort dann kurzfristig von einem sehr netten Herrn viel besseren Ersatz gefunden.

Dobre miejsce na krotki wyjazd na narty.
Pros:

Basen fajny, czysty, duza strefa spa, sauny, dobrze zorganizowanie. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani na recepcji, ładny widok z okna, duże balkony, wygodne lozka, codzienne sprzatanie pokoju. W pokojach cisza. Sporo miejsca w suszarni na narty i buty narciarskie. wygodne parkowanie w garazu podziemnym.

Cons:

Wifi jest tylko w teorii (za duzo uzytkownikow, siec nie wpuszcza w ogole)
W pokojach jest bardzo gorąco, jest podlogowka, nie da sie regulowac samodzielnie
Drzwi do łazienki sa duze, ciezkie i trudne do obslugi dla dzieci
Przydalby sie wieszaki na kurtki za drzwiami i wieszaki na reczniki

Uitstekend hotel.
Pros:

Helaas waren we op doorreis en hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van alle faciliteiten.

Cons:

Ik was me er niet van bewust dat de toeristenbelasting er nog bij zou komen en dat gaf even verwarring over de te betalen prijs.

Overall a nice room (The Penthouse) with a great view. The cleaners came every day and were very nice.

Cons:

There was no WiFi signal to the room so I suggest this is made clear in the property details so that guests can prepare (download) in advance. The main solution given was to go sit in the bar area where the signal was sufficient.

There were no hooks in the bathroom or hallway to hang towels, jackets etc. There were no blinds or door to the hallway so you are visible from outside when going to the bathroom or sleeping on the sofa bed.

These and a few other experiences were rather disappointing considering the price.

Szuper környék, szuper szálloda. Mesés wellness részleg, fedett medencével. És a személyzet nagyon kedves, különösen az olasz pincér. Emeletes lakosztály elképesztő kilátással.
