Superb
Pros:

Just in front of the Gregorian lake, so you get the best view in the city. Almost a mile walk from the main city center. The inhouse restaurant is also great and serves tasty food.

Cons:

The place only accepts cash and the Internet is a bit tricky and gets worse with bad weather conditions.

This should be 1 star hotel and NOT 4 stars as listed.
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing about this hotel is good or likeable. The location is decent and that's about it.

Cons:

There are so many things to dislike about this hotel. There was no AC or heater in the room. The rooms were damp. The bedsheets and towels were wet. I had to fight for the portable heater unit from the front desk for which they were asking for additional money. The toilets were in the room, but they were not of the good standard at all. The taps were plastic and broken in 1 of the rooms. I am really surprised to find the good rating about this hotel with these many problems. I have booked through booking.com at least 20 times before and I am writing the review for the first time due to enormous difference between the rating and actual hotel.
