According to Peruvian Legislation N ° 30802, no minors under 18 years old shall be allowed unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian and have legal documentation that proves it.

This hotel is more for families, everything is designed to work for groups who travel with young kids.
We arrived at 9.30am and check-in was at 3pm. I asked if any sort of early check-in was possible, and told I would get a phone call when the room was ready. It was 4pm and I never got the phone call. I later noticed that being a Tuesday the hotel was far from full, so a room was definitely available. It bothered me that they did not even offer for an extra charge just insisting that they would let us know. I also had to ask if it was possible to add breakfast for the day we arrived, and in general did not feel like the staff was very keen to be helpful. No information was given on wifi, activities available etc. I noticed that in general the staff were not very welcoming. In two different occasions in two different parts of the hotel I was asked to move because they were going to clean the floors.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also were equipped with everything you need including extra blankets. The complementary breakfast was also great! The hotel also provided transportation to places you wanted to go in Ica. The taxis Fenix were incredible and very secure.

La comodidad y servicio del alojamiento
No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Tal vez mejorar el Internet en el business center, y poner opciones de bebidas vegetales en reemplazo de Leche en el desayuno. Pero el hotel es muy bueno.

The resort was huge, tennis courts, football pitch, many pools, a mini zoo, horses. The staff was very friendly, especially the porter.
Las actividades familiares fueron excelentes, me refiero a la actividad de la noche. Deberia haber algo asi por la tarde.
La comida estuvo agradable, pero creo que podria ser mejor, sugeriria potenciar este punto. Asismimo, las botellas de agua deberia ser gratuitas, si se te acaban deberia reponerlas.
Super bonito el hotel, limpio y tranquilo.
Lamentablemente lo comparo a mi última estancia en el 2021 y sigue igual. No han invertido en nuevas actividades, en mejorar las instalaciones o en poner un buen wifi. El wifi en algunas zonas del hotel se iba. Pedí un early checkin dos horas antes y me querían cobrar 500 soles (casi lo mismo que la reserva original). Esto no me gustó. El servicio es bueno.
