According to Peruvian Legislation N ° 30802, no minors under 18 years old shall be allowed unless accompanied by parents or legal guardian and have legal documentation that proves it.
Guests can request an extra bed for a surcharge. Rates vary accordingly.
All penalties are subject to an additional service tax of 10% and in case of Peruvian Citizens the additonal 18% (IVA)
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

El desayuno es muy completo y variado y el horario es bastante extenso así que permite que uno pueda descansar algo más. La piscina estaba limpia y hay varias, así que no hay forma de no tener la opción de refrescarse.
Como oportunidad de mejora : poner snacks en las habitaciones para que no haya que salir ni molestar a que traigan a la habitación, sobretodo si es a la medianoche
El equilibrio entre comodidad y naturaleza
Las instalaciones tienen muchas áreas verdes, la laguna, los animales, el acceso a la duna. Creo que al estar rodeado de tanta naturaleza te llegas a desconectar de la rutina.
Las actividades son muy variadas y están pensadas para todos los gustos y todas las edades. El sistema de los billetes DUNA motivaron mucho a mis hijos que dejaban los celulares a un lado y los cambiaban por la diversión.
The property has decent facilities. The price was too high for what we got and the level of service.
The property does not appear to fumigate. We were eaten alive my some flying insects. We couldn’t sleep for days after and had marks for about a month. My daughter was bitten in her foot and we had to carry her around for 2.5 days.
Although the stay was decent, the insect issue was so bad that I would never go back to the property.

Tout était vraiment très bien : les piscines, la nourriture et les boissons, magnifiques chambres, ainsi que de très jolis jardins comprenant de petits étangs et beaucoup d’animaux. Le personnel était très sympathique. Le cadre est magnifique, avec les dunes derrière l’hôtel, sur lesquelles on peut faire du sandboard deux fois par jour (inclus gratuitement avec le séjour à l’hôtel). Le service et l’équipe d’animation étaient exceptionnels toute la journée et en soirée (beaucoup d’animations et de spectacles très variés qui plaisent aux enfants comme aux adultes, une équipe super motivée, sympathique et polyvalente, ainsi qu’un système de collecte de points sous forme de « Dunas » qui motive les gens à participer aux activités et qui peuvent être échangés contre des cadeaux intéressants). L'accès à d'autres activités (payantes) dans la région d'Ica et plus loins sont aussi facilités par les services de l'hotel.

The food, the sun, the actual place
The service was slow and bad. They forgot to place my order twice. The mattress was not comfortable. The AC made a loud noise that woke me up at night :(

Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer.
