Schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Der Besitzer Gianni ist sehr nett und erkärt auch die Geschichte seines Gebäudes. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Wir waren vorher auf der anderen Seite des Tales, und dort hat es uns besser gefallen, aber es ist eigentlich alles in der Nähe.

Great little place
Pros:

That it was close to a road was a bonus. Didn't have to carry bags up many stairs 😃.
Our host was lovely and helped with attractions and even booked us a taxi when leaving. The aircon was a bit noisy but it was an experience to stay in the caves

2 jours manifiques à matera, un très bon accueil et des explications au top de la part de notre hôte

Bon emplacement mais nous n'avons pas vraiment aimé la chambre.
Pros:

La localisation en plein coeur du centre et des lieux à visiter est extraordinaire.
La chambre est plutôt jolie.

Cons:

Attention l'appartement est difficilement accessible et personne ne viendra aider. Une navette est disponible en journée mais ne passe que toutes les 30 minutes. Nous avons du partir tôt donc nous ne l'avons pas prise et nous avons dû marcher à travers les escaliers parfois glissant. Difficile pour les personnes qui ont du mal à se déplacer.
Il n'y a pas de cafetière ou de théière, c'est dommage pour le prix de la chambre, surtout que ca aurait été agréable pour un départ avant l'heure de petit déjeuner.
Enfin, nous occupions une chambre à 3 et la salle de bain/toilettes est positionnée en face des 2 lits simples avec une porte vitrée qui ne floute rien du tout. Ca a nécessité un peu d'organisation au niveau de la gestion du lieu... C'est dommage de ne pas avoir installé une porte opaque pour préserver l'intimité et le confort de chacun.

Atendimento do Tommaso , sempre prestativo passou as informações necessárias para nossa chegada e orientou como chegar ao apartamento, agradeço a paciência do Tommaso , tudo perfeito , localização ótima próximo de tudo, apto limpo , café da manhã maravilhoso a atendente muito atenciosa

Pros:

L'établissement est situé dans le centre historique mais facilement accessible notamment par la navette (que l'on n'a pas pris) ou même à pied depuis le parking de Saragat (le plus économique).

Cons:

L'eau plate qui est dans le réfrigérateur pourrait être offerte !

Pros:

Fantástico. Atención súper cuidada, y la habitación preciosa en un sassi, con una ubicación privilegiada, a 15 min de la catedral y en pleno barrio caveoso de con vistas a la garganta.

Ringrazio Gianni il proprietario per l’introduzione così appassionante alla storia di Matera dei sassi della loro terra

Pros:

Un posto meraviglioso, accanto alla murgia, e lontano dai vicoli di passaggio. Camera molto bella, colazione con prodotti freschi del territorio e molta disponibilità dello staff, soprattutto della gentilissima signora che preparava la colazione
