Rundum angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt im Zentrum Athens
Pros:

So sauber, ruhig und dazu noch in einer zentralen Gegend gelegen (5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 7–8 Minuten zur U-Bahnstation).
Zudem sehr SEHR aufmerksamer Service, viele nette Nachfragen, ob wir etwas brauchen, Tipps für Gastronomie und Ausgehen.
Wir bekamen innerhalb von 10 Minuten Ressourcen nach (Servietten, Toilettenpapier).
Maria war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin – wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!

Cons:

Direkt bei der Dusche gibt es kein Licht und die Badezimmertür schwang immer automatisch zu = für schnelles Ein- und Ausgehen haben wir den Mistkübel zweckentfremdet. Aber alles nicht schlimm, das Zimmer rundum angenehm zu nutzen!

Wspaniały czas w pięknym miejscu
Pros:

W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba.
Wygodne łóżko,
Ciepła woda z idealnym ciśnieniem.
Samodzielne zameldowanie to dodatkowy plus bo przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy.
Apartament w dzielnicy w której w okół tętni życie nocne. Przy samym obiekcie dużo barów ( które żyją głównie nocą) dla nas to był duży plus bo mogliśmy zjeść pyszne tosty i napić się drinka.
Piechotą do Platas 15 minut.

A little run down but good location
Pros:

Not the nicest neighbourhood, but easy to get from apartment to centre in a 20/30 min walk

Cons:

Multiple maintenance issues.

Room door handle and sink tap handle both came off. Messaged host, told maintenance would be there in 2 days. Then they only manged to fix the front door

Amazing stay!
Pros:

It was an amazing stay for 2 nights in Athens! The staff is very helpful, the room is beautifully decorated, and the location exceeded my expectations! It is a very lively neighbourhood and cool cafes and bars.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that hot water runs out in maximum 8-10 minutes which was not enough for me.

Todo bastante limpio y en buen estado.

Cons:

En la habitación familiar pone que hay dos sofás camas, pero en realidad es un sofá cama para dos personas. Se debería cambiar el enunciado, ya que puede haber confusión.

Cons:

The bathroom suffered from poor ventilation, leaving the air feeling damp and stuffy after every shower. The exhaust fan did little to help. Additionally, the bathtub drain appears to be running a bit slowly, causing water to accumulate during showers.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Emplacement au calme proche centre. Chambre donnant sur l'arrière donc pas de vue extraordinaire mais pas de bruit de la rue. Bien équipée et confortable.

Cons:

La porte n'est pas insonorisée donc on entend les autres locataires sortir de l'ascenseur et ouvrir leur porte

комфортно, затишно, гарне співвідношення ціни та якості
Pros:

загалом враження від готелю хороші, чисто, затишно, локація зручна. номер був комфортний, є все необхідне для проживання (навіть мініатюрки геля та шампуня були)

Cons:

єдиний мінус, на який варто звернути увагу це бойлер. гаряча вода закінчується досить швидко, тому якщо вас кілька людей або хочеться довше прийняти душ, можуть виникнути незручності, а так в іншому все було добре, дякую за приємне перебування

Pros:

It was excellent. We had to check in late at night because our flight and the self check in was great, we didn't need to disturb anyone in the middle of the night.
Maria was super helpful and replied very fast to our messages.
The facilities of the room were great and well equipped.
The location was excellent and we could go to a few places just by walking.
