Perfect location in a historic well designed house.
Pros:

Loved the attention to detail and the materials used felt really chic and good quality. The fridge was stacked daily (water, lemonades) without no cost. We had a complementary coffee, that was great for starting the mornings. The location was superb. Altogether in comparison to other hotels I would rate this the best experience in Crete, including some five star stays.

Cons:

Wider range of breakfast variations (more vegetables and greens and some change from date to date) would be a nice add on. Ventilation in the bathroom could have been better.

Fantastisch! Kleine kamer maar van alle gemakken voorzien!
Pros:

De ligging is perfect! Dichtbij het centrum. Auto dichtbij parkeren ging ook makkelijk. Fijn bed, lekkere kussens. Kamer netjes en schoon en het ontbijt was echt heerlijk. Genoeg keus!

Conveneint and beautiful stay on the water with views of Sitia
Pros:

This property is beautiful, with amazing attention to detail. I’m usually not a big breakfast person but I wouldn’t miss it here, mostly for the peaceful atmosphere and picturesque view of Sitia by the water. Nice vistas are on the ceilings around the property and quality attention to detail. Host is very sweet and remembered us from our one other short stay here over a year ago.

Cons:

I think the only drawback of the property would be the price but we found it was worth it anyway because the quality of the place justifies the price tag.

Excellente adresse à Sitia
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au cœur de la vie de Sitia tout en étant au calme.
Excellent accueil.
Très jolie chambre, literie premium.
Petit déjeuner assez complet avec des produits de qualité.

Cons:

Ne pas suivre le gps et écouter les conseils de l'hôte pour atteindre l'hôtel.
Surface petite mais cosy, petite salle de bain.
Problème d'insonorisation à l'intérieur.

We were sorry to only spend two nights in Sitia. Would definitely recommend the Palazzo di Sitia to anyone
Pros:

Great location. Very clean and modern decor. Comfortable bed. We had the ground floor suite which had access to the terrace. Close to the port made it easy for our early morning ferry. A short walk to the long sandy beach. Wonderful and fresh breakfast buffet. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not much. Perhaps a little noise from people walking by the property at night, but nothing to make too much fuss over
