The whole experience was awful. I waited an hr and a half in a shabby hallway for someone to come and check me in. I didnt feel safe nor comfortable and told Mohammed this but he said it was safe. Anyway, he checked me in, I go to my room only to find the two beds in the room were dirty, There were hair, dead skin particles, and brown stains that looked like blood on the covers. I go let the attendant outside know to come see that the room was dirty. He takes one of the dirty covers and bring a "clean" one but that one was also covered in yellow stains. I told him I wanted a different room and he says housekeeping was going to be there at 7pm to clean the room. It was 130 pm so I was expected to remain in that filthy room for almost 6 hrs and wait. I immediately went online and booked another hotel and left. That was the nastiest room I have ever been in. They should be ashamed to put customers in such a predicament.

N’y allez surtout JAMAIS !! Nous ne sommes pas du tout difficile mais ce n’est pas 1 hotel, juste 1 gars qui loue 1 chambre. Nous avons réservez 1 chambre avec 3 lits et a notre arrivée pas de lit pour notre grand ado. Il a dit qu’il avait loué la chambre à 1 autre famille. Au vue de l’heure tardive et la barrière de la langue nous avons passé mon mari et moi la nuit sur 1 seul petit lit. La literie horriblement sale , la douche bouchée donc vous pateaugez dans votre eau sale , pas de papier toilette , 1 serviette pour 3 ..la réception n’en etait pas une c’était juste 1 bureau avec des gamins faisant office de réceptionniste et ça changeait toutes les heures . J ai encore tellement de choses à dire mais les photos en diront long ...très déçu de booking car je leur ai envoyé de suite 1 message et je n’ai jamais eu de réponses. Il faut qu’ils contrôlent les hôtels..les autres commentaires sont des copains de copains des gens de l hotel .

Horrible todo. En primer lugar, Booking te dice en la app un precio, y cuando llegas ahí, a mí me costó 50€ mas.( Dicen tasas de Egipto etc) Te dan 15 min antes un email diciendo que tu reserva se ha cambiado, claro, como no tienes internet hasta llegar ahi pues te toca pagar igual, además eran ya las 01 am y llegamos con niños pequeños.
Segundo, teníamos las habitaciones en otro edificio, a unos 20 metros del edificio "principal ' y sin ascensor sin nada, lo que no había problema pero estaban mil gatos y mil cacas en todas las partes, así que para comer, desayuno etc tenías que bajar escaleras, caminar al otro edificio, y subir otros 3 - 4 niveles para ir a la terraza donde supuestamente tenías todo incluido ( la siguiente tema)
Okkk: todo incluido. Una broma, un engaño!!! , primer dia hemos esperado 2 horas!!! 2 horas. Te toman el pelo diciendo ahora viene , ahora viene, pedimos por lo menos un agua o un café: mismo respuesta " ahora sister" . No hemos visto nada, pero nada, luego te dicen vete a las pirámides, luego desayunas . Ya eran las 11.
Para comer luego, teníamos que decirle exactamente que queríamos, pero si no le dices nada, no trae absolutamente nada. El all inclusive no existe. Además han traído todo frío, nada caliente, pero esto solamente porque les hemos dicho de todo, después ya no vi ninguna comida, cena nunca, desayuno nunca. Nada. Solo una agua después de insistir 20 veces. Al final hemos tenido que desayunar, comer y cenar todos los días fuera!! Todos los demás clientes eran igual, no entiendo cómo puede tener tantos comentarios buenos, es todo una estafa!
Mohamed es un chulo, se ríe en tu cara diciendo lo siento, pero no hace absolutamente nada, solo intenta robarte, decirte precios triples para algunas actividades . ( Pero todos están igual ahí) Me imagino que así ganan la vida). El hotel muy sucio, las almohadas extremadamente asquerosas, las sábanas eran limpias pero muy gastadas.

This is a SCAM. The photos are not what you get. My experience was really bad. The room was very dirty, nothing was organized, It was supposed to be all inclusive and we basically had to beg the host for the food, they take like 2 hours to bring it to you with the worst attitude, they take a long time to answer messages, sometimes you can’t even find anybody at the reception.
