Pros:

Mon séjour à l'hôtel a commencé de manière très décevante. Dès mon arrivée, la première nuit a été extrêmement pénible en raison de claquements de portes incessants tout au long de la nuit. Le lendemain, lors du petit déjeuner, j'ai trouvé un ongle d'humain dans mon plat. À ce moment-là, je me suis dirigé vers la réception pour signaler le problème et exprimer mon souhait de quitter l'établissement.

La réponse de l'hôtel a été déconcertante : ils m'ont expliqué que le bruit était normal dans un établissement familial et qu'ils étaient simplement désolés pour un ongle d'humain trouvé dans mon plat. Concernant l'annulation de ma réservation, ils m'ont conseillé de contacter Expedia. J'ai essayé à plusieurs reprises, mais sans succès. À chaque fois, on me renvoyait vers l'hôtel en arguant que c'était leur politique et qu'ils n'y pouvaient rien.

Je trouve cette situation inacceptable et décevante, surtout de la part d'Expedia, qui devrait offrir un meilleur service que ses concurrents.
