Some employees are friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not cold, and the bed sheets were dirty. We asked room service to change them, but the new sheets were still dirty.

At check-out, we were told the luggage storage was full and could not keep our luggage, even though there was still small space. But another staff member told guests who were checking out later that they would have to wait until we left before their luggage could be stored.

Very disappointing experience.

Hope it can be better
Pros:

The staff is friendly. after hearing our complaint, the staff took action immediately.

Cons:

The toilet is clogged, the water won’t go down, and the toilet won’t flush. But after that it was settled. The corridor Aircon is off but after complaint the Aircon works well.
