Pudimos estar 10 amigos alojados en la misma habitación por un precio muy bueno.

Cons:

Buscamos un hotel muy barato porque solo hicimos una noche en Santa Marta. El baño está muy destartalado y compartir 1 WC 10 personas es algo complicado. La habitación tenía una puerta de cristal traslúcida pegada a la recepción, se podía ver a través de la junta...

Bad experience. Non functional hottub and no contact about refund

At arrival we quickly found out nothing was as advertised. The hottub on the main photo was non functional and filthy. The room had no windows. The swimming pool was filthy.

This hotel isnt boutique.

After looking around we wanted to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. Staff said they needed their manager to do this and that they would contact us when they could contact him. They never contacted us. Bad experience, recommend going somewhere else.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et en plus d'être sans charme, l'hôtel est tellement bruyant qu'on y dort extrêmement mal. Il y a de la musique toute la nuit + des travaux avec notamment du marteau piqueur sur du carrelage en continu. Le bon sens aurait été de nous prévenir et de nous loger dans une chambre éloignée des travaux qui de trouvent au rez-de-chaussée mais non, la réceptionniste nous installe dans la chambre juste au dessus des travaux. Elle nous dit que ça ne devait durer qu'un jour (jour de notre arrivée) et au troisième jour (jour de notre départ) nous avons encore été réveillés par le doux bruit du marteau piqueur. C'est extrêmement désagréable. De plus les deux réceptionnistes ne sont pas tellement accueillantes. Bref, à éviter !
