الطاقم مقبول ومتعاون الي حد ما

عدم نظافة حمام السباحة وتركه دون تنظيف وترك النزلاء بنزول حمام السباحة دون نظافة وعندما سألت عن لون المياه ارجعوا السبب للون الأرضية وبناء عليه قمت بالنزول حتي اشتكي نزلاء آخرين فبدأوا بتنظيفه أحدهم اليوم التالي الساعه التاسعه والنصف واكتشفت أنني استخدمت حمام سباحة غير نظيف بمعني أدق قذر
مع ترك حمام السباحة الآخر بجواره الخاص بالأطفال دون تنظيف حتى ميعاد مغادرتي بعد 3 ايام.

The non proffisional reply of the reception when we asked about time of getting the second room after 2 hours,; he said already you got one room, then we asked so what ?!! we are asking about the time of getting the second one, then he said we are sorry our cleaning staff are busy but we will send them now, hw was supposed to say this from beggining. Mr. Karam in the reception is the one who has very smily face in hotel while the rest looked annoyed, may be because of croud
