إقامه مميزه و مريحه و فعلا قدرنا نفصل من زحمه الشغل

كل العاملين في الفندق كانوا قمه في الإحترام و الذوق و بالتحديد استاذ احمد عاطف .. لما الريسيبشن عرف إن عيد جوازنا كان بالصدفه وقت السفر الفندق عمل هديه لذيذه و جابولنا تورته نحتفل باليوم المميز ده .. البحر لذيذ أوي و البسين نضيف و كمان في أكوا بارك جديده هتشتغل في الفندق و الأكل كمان فيه اختيارات مختلفه بصراحه

حمام السباحه بس محتاج يكون بعمق أكبر شويه و الباصات اللى بتروح البحر يكون مواعيدها اكتر

I’d give it 10 out of 10 honestly and hope it remains the same
Pros:

Honestly, everything, the staff was amazing, Ahmed the club car guy was extremely helpful and an amazing human being.

Cons:

The food at the beach wasn’t good at all, it was literally commercial food not something that would stand out.

As a location and vibes it’s good but anything else no.
Pros:

Location was the best thing there.

Cons:

The stay was not good at all as it’s not our first time there, the food was not good as there’s no variety, the rooms weren’t clean at all as well barhroom was the most awful thing there.

موظفين الرسيبشن محترمين جدا و الهوس كيبنج كمان المكان كبير البولات كتير جدا و البحر كويس اوي الاكل جميل و الغرف رائعة

البول الهيتيد مكنش شغال و دا عمل ازعاج ل اطفالي منزلوش البول البولات كمان واحد او اتنين نضاف الباقي وحشين جدا محتاجين عنايه
الاكل محتاج فرايتي اكتر
البحر بعيد عن الفندق ب حوالي تلت او نص ساعة ولاكن في باصات

لا أنصح به أبدا

وصلت بعد الساعة 3 وانتظرت ساعتين عشان أستلم غرفة وماستلمتش واضطررت أمشي وأرجع تاني بعد أسبوع!!!!

I need a full refund because of this horrible experience
Pros:

The only good this was the front desk team they were helpful mamdouh and salam and the other from office team were amazing

The resort it self in super good I mean the buildings and the exterior

Cons:

The room was not ready and not maintained well the water pump in the toilet were not fixed the light lamps were mot working I asked to fix everything no one came and fixed the room
The chief of the meet in the restaurant was very rude I couldn’t imagine how rude could be a person in the field of hospitality and the food was really disgusting and very poor quality

The swimming pool supervisor of the towels didn’t want to provide me with towels while I was in the pool and my kids were so cold why? Because he need the towel cards I told him I didn’t receive any towel cards in the check in he ignored and told me this is the rule and the police.


The whole experience is horrible and I don’t ever recommend this hotel and the experience because of the staff
