Pros:

Amazing experience at Tolip El Galala Heights! The hotel is beautiful, with a breathtaking view and excellent cleanliness. Special thanks to ( Norhan ) from Guest Relations she is super nice and very professional she followed up with me for the whole trip and surprised us with a birthday decoration in the room while we were having lunch—it made our stay extra special, with a lovely birthday cake too.


تجربة جميلة جدا في فندق توليب الجلالة هايتس، المكان حلو قوي والـ view تحفة والنظافة ممتازة. شكراً جدا نورهان من Guest Relations ذوق جداً و كلنت بتتابع معايا كل حاجه من قبل ما اوصل لحد ما مشيت و شكراً على المفاجأة الحلوة، زينت لنا الأوضة وهي عارفة إننا تحت بنتغدى، وكانت مفاجأة جميلة بتورتة عيد ميلاد. شكراً على ذوقك واهتمامك، فعلاً فرحتينا.

العشاء كان سيئ جدا
البحر بعيد جدا عن مكان الاقامه
النظافه عير جيده يوميا ولا يوجد متابعه ولا ادوات مثل الاسليبر والادوات اليوميه
حمام السباحه سئ جدا وصغير جدا ولا يوجد سخانات فيه
كنت قايلهم انه شهر عسل ومكنش في اي اهتمام خالص ولا اي تجهيزات حصلت لا توجد قيمه مقابل سعر

Has potential, needs changes in management.
Pros:

The place is decent, and the room is clean and it was above expectations. The room view is great also they have fast check-in for bookings users which saved us from 3~4 hours standing in lines for only check in. The beach is also decent and it was sandy doesn't have rocks but it needs 20 mins drive and it lacks a lot of facilities, like beach beds and decent food to eat.

Cons:

The staff and the quality of food were really disappointing, this place has the potential of being one of the biggest hotels in El Sokhna but they are understaffed and the food is bad also the smell around the food area(I was at the VIP area and the public one once) is so bad that totally ruin your appetite. That also lives under the staff and how they don't have enough people to clean after guests finish their food. They should have trainings of how to deal with big traffic. Also the room didn't have the sufficient essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and soap. Also i ordered them 3 times and the room service didn't show up once.
