В целом,все было хорошо. Завтрак и ужин были вкусными. Выбор не большой,но всего достаточно.

Cons:

1. Матрас был настолько плохой,что я не могла спать всю ночь. Спина болела утром невыносимо!!! Хорошо ,что у нас была только одна ночь.
2. Пляж!!!!! Ужасен. Грязно!!! Весь песок в мазуте,лежаки тоже. Через две минуты вернулись отмывать ноги и обувь. На машине от отеля до пляжа 25 мин. И потом еще пешком мин 10.
3. В номере не было горячей воды, позвонили на ресепшен,сказали ,что сейчас кто нибудь пройдёт. Так никто и не пришёл!!!!
4. Бассейн с подогревом был очень грязный,почти зелёный. Мы не плавали.
Делаю скидку на то,что сейчас не сезон, холодно и мало людей

تخبط موظفى الريسبشن
حيث بعد وصولى طلبت تغيير الغرفه و لكن بعض الموظفين اجابوا ان تغيير الغرفه بتكلفه اضافيه و بعضهم افاظ انها بدون كما يخدث غالبا مع باقى الفنادق
حمام السباحه السخن لون المياه اخضر
الاكل جيد جدا لكن غير متنوع
الاستقبال رغم انهم يحاولون اسعادك لكن غير قادرين بسبب الروتين الداخلى

Worst experience ever

Cons:

1. I arrived to an unclean room and after complaining we were moved to another room.
2. Room service don't answer any calls no matter when or how many times we tried to call them
3. Reception doesn't support with anything except check in and even that it takes them forever to finish
4. We booked Half board accommodation, both breakfast and dinner were terrible, the variety , quality and taste were not satisfactory at all.
5. We wanted to do any activities, I rented an hour of tennis, the rackets were plastic not related to tennis, balls don't bounce, the floor was cracked. A waste of 250LE
6. When you ask anyone for support, they have to tell you that its the responsibility of someone else not theirs. As if they work in different hotels

I complained to the management and the reception and literally every single person I see, in the end nothing changed. This is the worst experience ever, a waste of money and time. Never ever to return or recommend it for anyone else.
