Très bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement sur le Nil est très agréable. Le personnel est très chaleureux et prêt à aider à tout moment. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Les chambres sont très bien. La terasse est très grande.

Cons:

En raison de l’isolation nous entendons beaucoup le bruit des klaxons dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner reste un peu insuffisant.

Idéal pour son emplacement, le personnel et la restauration
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, nous avions une chambre confortable avec vue sur le nil. Le personnel est top, Shimaa s’est bien occupé de nous. Le restaurant est super, nous avons mangé les meilleurs plats durant notre séjour au caire.

Rooms were filthy. Mold on the walls. No elevator. Terrible staff. Bedding was full of stains and hairs. Walls and furniture were dirty. Booked for 5 nights but only stayed one night because of these issues. They refuse to refund us.. stay somewhere else
