Bad experience at that hotel
Pros:

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at Nile Club hotel property. Due to the poor condition of the facilities and the unprofessional service we received, we felt compelled to check out before our reservation ended.
Specifically, the front desk agent, Shaimaa, was remarkably rude and acted improperly when we addressed our concerns. This was the worst hotel experience we have encountered, and we do not intend to stay at this property again.
Also, the maters were not clean, water cut often and lots of issues they were not focused to solve.

Due Lage ist sehr schön am Nil,leider eine große Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Der Service war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man kann zum Beispiel erst ab 9 Uhr frühstücken, das ist für Ausflüge meist zu spät. Eher bekommt man nichts.
Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist leider nicht richtig gut. Im Fischrestaurant nebenan kann man sehr gut essen.

Location which at Nile river front

Cons:

I have assigned the Room in which slide glass was already broken . But the way staff was asked me that they were doubting on me . Later their another staff agreed that it was already broken and he was aware of that even they were planning to modification . Felt bad taste to justify .

The staff members were friendly and helpful. They really try hard

Cons:

The property is a bit dated with some small things that can be better. A few issues I noticed were: In the morning when I wanted to have a shower there was almost zero water pressure. The room had hundreds of little flies flying around (maybe down to the proximity to the Nile). The door handle kept on falling off every time I closed the door. It is not just a hotel but also a club. Very loud music was played until midnight which made it a bit difficult to go to bed earlier. Saying all this the staff try really hard to make things comfortable for guests though.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement sur le Nil est très agréable. Le personnel est très chaleureux et prêt à aider à tout moment. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
Les chambres sont très bien. La terasse est très grande.

Cons:

En raison de l’isolation nous entendons beaucoup le bruit des klaxons dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner reste un peu insuffisant.

Idéal pour son emplacement, le personnel et la restauration
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, nous avions une chambre confortable avec vue sur le nil. Le personnel est top, Shimaa s’est bien occupé de nous. Le restaurant est super, nous avons mangé les meilleurs plats durant notre séjour au caire.
