Aucun entretien, aucun nettoyage, trés trés sale. TV dans la chambre HS, téléphone dans le chambre HS, piscine sale, serviettes de plage sales et non disponibles à partir de 16h, transat cassés, mobilier restaurant sale, vaisselle et couverts sales, toilettes sales, ouverture du buffet, 30 min aprés plus grand chose disponible. Nourriture de trés mauvaise qualité.
Rapport qualité - prix inadmisible. Insectes dans la chambre. Déçu de la note attribuée par Booking.com.

Plus de 2h30 d’attente pour le check-in, avec un personnel dépassé qui répond simplement : « Nous sommes en sous-effectif ».
Hygiène médiocre : couloirs et ascenseurs sales, chasse d’eau défectueuse, toilettes communes extérieures à l’odeur insupportable.
Restauration très limitée avec des files d’attente interminables.
À ce prix-là, c’est de l’arnaque.
Le personnel est bon surtout le serveur skander aux petits soins.
Trés décu des choix du buffet trés limité et même pas digne d'un hotêl 4 étoiles voir 5.

Choix de l'alccol trés mauvais; tous des boissons locales. Pour le prix payé je m'attendais à un choix premium Lol comme dans la majorités des hotêls de cette gamme.
Manque d'effectif, un seul serveur au niveau de la piscine qui passe 1 fois par 2/3 heures. On devait toujours aller chercher nos boissons et notre bouffe.
Chambre pas trés propre avec beaucoup de moustiques/araignées sans parler de problème de pressions d'eaux, de la carte de la chambre qui a un mauvais contact.
We liked the beach and the pools and from staff big up to the towel guy and the bartender called Makrem
First of all, not all the staff were welcoming.
Not all the beverages were available eventhough we paid for an all inclusive.
The choices of dishes was very limited and not tasty. They cooked with very cheap products such as chease and choclate for creps and pizza for example.
The cleaner didn't change our towels and she just threw it as it was over the room table
As a conclusion, we were really disappointed. It doesn't worth at all the price. For sure it wasn't a luxurious all inclusive hotel

Room was not a villa or bungalow, very misleading name of the resort
Room require handyman services to fix the sink drainage issue, the caddy for the robe and flickering lights
Resort was understaffed, not nice/hospitable
Drinks were simply juice poured from other bottles with ice cubes
Food available throughout the buffet was relatively the same each meal
No entertainment options on site

On the beach they moved my elderly Mother-in-law from one of the beach chairs claiming it was previously reserved although there was no indication of it being reserved when she originally sat there
