Pros:

El hotel es precioso rodeado de jardines con arboles frutales y hermosas flores. Me gustó la terraza con vista a las montañas, ideal para descanzar y disfrutar. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy comodas. El personal muy atento.

A wonderful place can stay for one week.
Pros:

The hotel is very very beautiful. Staffs are very very friendly. Breakfast is very fresh. The hotel super clean.

The transportation is a little bit inconvenient. You need call for taxi. No Uber can reach.

We enjoyed the gardens, the peace and the views.I would definitely recommend this place. But don’t expect good food.
Pros:

Lovely location. Spacious rooms, all with a view. A bit old, but everything worked well. Heating, hot water, lights. Staff very very nice. Breakfast buffet very complete.

Cons:

Two things. It is a bit far and they don’t provide with transportation even though they do have a van but not for guests. And taxis are expensive. And the restaurant and food are by far, the worst about it. The service is extremely slow, and the food is terrible. At one point we wanted some extra fries, and they said no. Why? Because they didn’t know how to put them in the system. So we didn’t get fries. And they didn’t have many things of the menu. Incredible.

El entorno y los jardines

Cuando llegamos el recepcionista a todo decía que NO. Primero dijimos si nos podía cambiar de habitación dijo no, luego le preguntamos que nuestra amiga vendría al día siguiente y también puso problemas. Consideramos que un buen servicio es resolver problemas no crearlos. Luego nos acompañó a la habitación con las manos en los bolsillos.
Los muebles eran distintos. No había homogeneidad.
Tampoco nos gustó nada la hora del check out. Tuvimos que apresurarnos cuando en cualquier otro lugar es a las 12,00 en este hotel es a las 9,00 horas por lo que imaginar la prisa y el estrés. Tendrían que ampliar la hora del check out.
