The staff members were very helpful and professional, from the reception to the restaurant and house keepers. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The Laundry Room was big and no fees applicable to use the detergents, wash machines and dryers. The staff members were helping us to wash and dry the clothes, even sent the clothes to our rooms , all free of charges. The hotel rooms were clean, big, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Not applicable, I love the hotel.
