la limpieza esta muy bien pero el area donde se encuentra es horrible y la picina no adecuada para bañar , yo lo rente por tres dias y solo me quede una noche

Pros:

This is a water park hotel. Rhe property itself is fairly nice and the staff that attended us was great. We arrived at night and rhe area coming to rhe hotel looks run down.

The place is in a desert area . It’s not a hotel to stay in for days , it’s come and play time thing . No breakfast , no hot water . The lady at the front said she wasn’t even the receptionist
She worked at the park . When we told her there was no hot water and then no water we asked to change rooms . She said she can’t do that Because they only have some many working rooms . We stayed one night . Left the next day after asking time after time for our money back

This place is really good, but it is hidden in the woods. The taxi driver mentioned that the area can be dangerous, so just stay alert wherever you go.

Very bad experience I booked two rooms for my family and to begin with the address is wrong when I arrived there was no one, they have no staff, the rooms were dirty, they had not been cleaned, there was no water, in addition to being a very Unsafe place because of how remote and lonely it is. When I asked for my refund they didn't give me back the amount I paid, they refunded me less which is very inappropriate.
