The hotel's pool and beach area are very small. In addition, smoking is allowed indoors in the lobby, which was quite unpleasant. This was my second vacation in Hurghada, and unlike other hotel I have stayed at, there was nothing free on this hotel's beach except drinks. On our last day, we were not allowed to have lunch because we had checked in early on the first day. The staff told us that we had already used our lunch entitlement on the first day. However, we had not eaten lunch when we arrived, and even if we had, telling a guest that they are not allowed to eat is extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that the country is facing economic challenges, but I have never experienced such poor treatment at any other hotel. I was also repeatedly bothered by one of the hotel's security guards. He said he needed my phone number for security reasons while we were leaving for a Luxor tour, but then he started sending me messages constantly and even bought me flowers. I eventually had to block him. Another unpleasant experience occurred when we tipped the employee who brought our luggage to the room. We didn't have much EGP yet since we just arrived, instead of thanking us, he asked, "Do you know how much this is worth?" and complained about the amount, even though we were under no obligation to give a tip at all. There are also two nightclubs located underneath the hotel. While the noise did not disturb us much in our room, we were frequently harassed by men trying to get us into the clubs whenever we entered or left the hotel.

The room we booked was expected to be for 3 people (a family), with sea view. We were suggested a triple room near reception on a ground floor, no sea view. After some discussion the hotel provided us two double-rooms with sea view instead. But after 2 mins they returned and became negotiate on extra price - as according booking we have to be in one room. They said they don’t have a room for three people with sea view at all)))). It this is what was on booking.com… for the first night (this dialog was happening at 2am) they said it’s ok that we stay in two rooms and solve this next day (they promised we don’t need to lay for this - thanks). We had to put all our staff next morning from one of the room to another as we had plans for the whole day and didn’t know what to do with the second room. When we arrived in the evening, the hotel said again, that they don’t have room with a sea view for 3 people and suggest us the option they gave from the very beginning. There was no power to argue, so we followed, but asked to prepare breakfast boek for early morning (breakfast was not included into our booking). Here they said “yes” - that was a positive moment.

Regarding other stuff… location - as pointed on google maps, no surprises. No coral, only small beach. The rooms are ok, simple, not new.

The most important, that there were very few people, nothing happend, the hotel looks rather lifeless.

We stayed only two nights and only slept in a hotel. For this purposes it’s ok maybe. I would not stay for other than that.

The shower. It is with the plastic towel and very tiny, so likely you will touch it and this is usually not cleaned enough.

Also the switch to have the tower from the tube or from below wasn’t working properly.

Only some noice from next door hotel and the traffic on the street is pretty wild.
