De ligging was super en service vanuit het personeel was heel vriendelijk, spontaan en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Om 3 uur snachts moesten mensen vertrekken voor hun trip/excursie. Dit gaf 30 min tot een uur lang veel lawaai.

Lovely room and facilities
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. When we arrived very early in the morning, staff was accomodating and let us use the common facilities. Appreciated the welcome drink. We also booked a Colca Canyon tour with them which was really good. We didn’t really spend a lot of time in the hostel but the garden looked lovely.

Cons:

All was good for our short stay.

Fijne plek!
Pros:

Leuk complex, met een mooie aangelegde tuin en verschillende zitjes.
De driepersoonskamer met balkon was erg mooi en ruim. De tweepersoonskamer was netjes, maar klein. De bedden zijn goed en de douche heerlijk! We hadden wat problemen met inchecken (verkeerde kamers gekregen), maar dat is uiteindelijk netjes opgelost.
Centraal gelegen. Fijne plek.

Cons:

Redelijk groot complex wat bestaat uit twee delen, gescheiden door een straat en de kinderen moesten per se met een volwassenen op een kamer. Wij wisten dit niet van te voren. Handig om te weten als dit voor je van toepassing is.

De afspraken rondom het ontbijt zijn wat onduidelijk. Ze beslissen in de ochtend pas of je a la carte moet ontbijten of in buffetvorm. Het ontbijt zou vanaf om 06.30 uur mogelijk zijn, toen we er waren moest alles nog neergezet worden, dat was niet prettig aangezien we de bus moesten halen om 07.30 uur.

A must stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved Qema, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I stayed, the areas are nice, big, peaceful and well maintained. The staff is kind and helpful. I stayed in a triple room that was spacious and comfortable, my whole experience was amazing in Arequipa✨

Une petite oasis au cœur d’Arequipa
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans une suite pendant 5 nuits qui est fidèle aux photos.
Les activités de l’hôtel sont top et l’organisation est très bien faite.
Un bar est situé à côté de la chambre mais très peu d’impact de bruit en semaine (fin de musique à 22h).
Piscine très agréable pour se baigner en journée!
Supérette à l’entrée pour un petit creux!
Personnel très sympathique!

Cons:

Seule ombre au tableau : une soirée le vendredi soir qui se finit à 3h du matin.
Même si la musique est en intérieur le son est beaucoup trop fort ce qui n’a pas d’intérêt.
Le personnel devrait se tenir à l’entrée de la salle pour refermer la porte lorsque les gens sortent fumer.
Également propreté de la chambre à revoir, taches sur les draps et sol pas très propre et les murs…
