Awesome!
Pros:

The place is a great escape from the noise and hustle of Arequipa, we enjoyed the garden, the pool and the food very much. The staff is super friendly and attentive :D

Zimmer waren super ausgestattet, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück super.

Am Wochenende sind teilweise Partys im Poolbereich, in den Zimmern, die dahin ausgerichtet sind, wird es teilweise sehr laut.

Pros:

Las instalaciones todo verde y muy bien cuidado. Y los desayunos incluidos muy buenos ! Y muy tranquilo y cálido, aparte que tenían actividades diarias para los huéspedes durante el día y noche como dj, beerpong y trekking y más.

Très bonne situation très bel hôtel. Je recommande.
Pros:

La situation est géniale, en plein centre historique près de toutes commodités.
L’hôtel en lui même est calme et très beau.
La piscine est propre et à côté du bar donc parfait.
Pour l’accueil ça dépend des personnes présentes mais très bien en général.
Les massages géniaux.

Cons:

Malheureusement il y’a des arbres près des transats au bord de la piscine et les oiseaux viennent faire leurs besoins, ce qui rend les transats et non praticables.

Decepción
Pros:

El hostal está bien ubicado en una calle muy tranquila. Alquile una habitación privada y era confortable y grande. La piscina y el jardín es un gran plus.

Cons:

Cuando aceptamos pagar estos precios, esperamos un trato especial, más cercano, casi como si formáramos parte de una pequeña comunidad. Esto es algo que sí se encuentra en otras cadenas de hostales reconocidas.

Sin embargo, en Qema no ha sido así. El personal no ha sido especialmente amable y la comunicación ha sido prácticamente inexistente durante toda la estancia.

Además, son muy poco flexibles, lo que hace que la experiencia resulte aún más frustrante.

Lo más preocupante fue nuestra experiencia con un camarero que llegó a burlarse de nosotros, algo totalmente inapropiado y poco profesional.

En general, el trato recibido no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado. No volvería a este hostal.

Lovely stay and helpful staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff when we got sick and needing medical assistance and taxi booking.
Well located but still away from the hustle of the centre so calm.. comfortable bed and lovely suite.

Cons:

The tour booked with them was no so accurate and we ended up in a very touristic tour with a big group. The food choice during this day tour was limited and the info on the altitude gained that day could have been clearer.
