Food and drinks were overpriced and not good. I didn't like how the room was organized. There was only one bench to sit on. The light on the ceiling was very strong.

una linda experiencia.
Pros:

Me gusto mucho todo. sobre todo los colores, es muy bonito y las camas muy cómodas y calientitas. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

Ya no habían los espacios compartidos como biblioteca, cinema como salía en las fotos, hicieron una fiesta el dia que llegue y había mucha bulla de música y personas conversando afuera de la habitación.

pleasant hostel within easy walking distance of central Arequipa.
Pros:

Reasonable room with plenty of space and good en-suite facilities. The hostal has really nice grounds with a garden area to sit in.

Cons:

Whilst not overpowering the music from the bar was a little intrusive in the late afternoon evening especially if you had your window/door open (it did stop at 10pm).

Will consider this accommodation for future trips.
Pros:

The location close to town centre.
The staff very helpful and kind, particularly the receptionist Josue.
The pool, although I didn't used it due to rain, and the massage room.
The bar and restaurant, the karaoke and other activities were cancelled due to the rain and flooding season.

Cons:

The music sometimes too loud early morning and then later in the evening. My room was next to the restaurant.

De trektocht start om 3u sochtends, de tour heb ik via de hostel aangekocht en bij terugkomst moest ik betalen om te mogen douchen. Of dus een goede review schrijven…

Las instalaciones y la comodidad de la habitación

Cons:

Por algún motivo booking asignó una habitación triple para los 4 huéspedes que éramos. Al llegar allí la opción que nos ofrecieron en lugar de nuestra hab triple con vistas al jardín fue una habitación con literas (las que suelen ser compartidas), en las q no había toallas (tuvimos que pedirlas), la caldera y el wifi no funcionaban. Volvimos para hablar con la chica de recepción, que sin disculparse en ningún momento nos cambió a 2 habitaciones dobles en la parte trasera y más antigua del hotel (3ª planta sin ascensor).

Al entrar se firman las normas del hostel/hotel (ni si quiera ellos tienen claro que son) donde ponía que en las zonas comunes si podían consumirse alimentos que no fuesen de su restaurante (que era una entidad a parte que no ofrecía servicio a las habitaciones), sin embargo al día siguiente otro compañero de la recepción nos negó esa posibilidad y no fue hasta que leí las normas que accedió. En general bastante descontentos con la gestión y el trato del personal

Me gustó las instalaciones, la piscina, la habitación estaba limpia, el baño también. El lugar es céntrico.

Cons:

1. El desayuno es muy básico para el costo, un vaso megapequeño de jugo, una tacita de café, un par de panes, huevo y 1 fruta. El personal que lo sirvió totalmente apático, nada amable. Deberia ser desayuno buffet y que atienda un personal más atento.
2. Debería haber ventilador o aire acondicionado en la habitación. Todo lo demás ok

Excellent value for money, comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautiful gardens that felt like an oasis to come back to. Really nice spacious room with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The room was a bit cold but I expect we could have asked for an extra blanket. Great staff, friendly and helpful.
