Cons:

El servicio al cliente es bastante malo, desde el primer momento no fuimos recibidos con amabilidad. En la noche no hay una persona que esté atenta para ayudar a los clientes por alguna eventualidad, al día siguiente hizo una mañana muy fría y no había agua caliente y por supuesto no había nadie en la recepción, y al momento de salir de la habitación el personal a pesar de las inconsistencias y mal servicio no tuvieron la amabilidad de ayudarnos con las maletas de viaje que llevábamos…… la persona que fue a recogernos para salir de allí tuvo que ayudarnos con las maletas.
Es muy triste que venimos de otro país tratando de apoyar el turismo del municipio y no recibir un buen trato.

Pros:

Espectacular, el lugar la atención, es muy cómodo, la comida deliciosa.

Cons:

El servicio de bar cierra muy temprano, un par de horas mas sería mucho mejor. Igualmente el restaurante en la noche, una horita mas le serviría mucho.

Excelente vista e infraestructura
Pros:

El lugar tiene muy buena infraestructura , la vista desde la piscina es muy linda , la limpieza es excelente , la comida deliciosa, el servicio es bueno, pero podría mejorar. La caminata a la cascada es corta y tranquila.

Cons:

Se escucha el ruido entre habitaciones y afuera de ellas . Al ser hotel familiar, puede que te despierte un niño gritando.

Pros:

Everything was excellent! The location is amazing , the staff was very, very nice ! The food at the restaurant was delicious and, overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for our little vacation!

Cons:

Cold water in the pool made us little disappointed as we wanted to spend more time in it, but honestly couldn’t because of the water temperature.
