Pros:

Clean and traditionally decorated rooms with amazing mountain views. Service was exceptional, especially from Sanjay who was very attentive to any of my needs.

The reviews that complained about hot water must be old because the bathrooms have good size water heaters now. Overall, i felt the price/value ratio was very favorable compared to other properties in Nepal.

Overall, my stay was pleasant due to the location and food, but the room amenities could be better.
Pros:

I liked the location and the food. Very close to muktinath (20 min walkable to the Muktinath temple.

Cons:

The AC and the water heater was not as per the expectation. It didnt warm the room enough and the water was cold to take a shower. the room service mentioned 20 litres of water to take shower is there in the heater to take shower and it will take 10 min to heat. But it didnt happen. I had to take a cold shower. I travelled in the month of march 2026. Though the blankets were comfy. They mentioned to upgrade my room a day prior at the last moment and charged more a 1000 NPR. Overall may be you can't blame. the temperature was -2 outside. So a good stay. But there is always room for improvement. Good people good vibe

Confortable and safe stay at a great location if you are visiting Muktinath.

Great location and excellent food.

I would stay here again if I ever return to the area
Pros:

The location was great and the food was amazing.

Cons:

The room was not heated, so got very cold at night. Also, the hot water only lasted for about 3 minutes, making showering difficult.

I highly recommend this place. I‘m a Thai person visiting this place for the first time. ชอบทุกอย่างจริงๆค่ะ มันอบอุ่นมาก พี่เค้าให้ห้องที่เป็นวิวเขาแบบไม่ต้องขอเลย ใจฟู💗💗 มีฮีตเตอร์ด้วย ละก็มีผ้าห่มเพิ่มให้ในตู้ รักอ่า เหมือนเข้าใจไปหมด ขอแนะนำที่นี่เลย

Hôtel correct et très bon restaurant
Pros:

Les lits étaient très confortables, les chambres sont jolies, bien décorées, spacieuses.
J'ai aimé qu'il y ait de grosses couvertures en plus.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon et raisonnable en termes de tarifs.
L'emplacement est bon.

Cons:

Il a fallu demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude...
Il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre mais sous les couvertures ça allait quand même.
Peu de lumière...

Overall, a wonderful stay in Mustang. Staff was very hospitable and willing to accomodate you.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Great food. Beautiful premises.

Cons:

Very cold room. No heating in the rooms but staff provided thick blankets. All part of the Himalayan experience.

One of the best hotel in Ranipauwa muktinath.
Pros:

Staff and owners both were so good and helpful . Delicious Breakfast with great view. Hot showers. We had altitude sickness when we call the reception they immediately provided us the medicine they had. We had a wonderful stay
