Les chambres ont une odeur à cigarette.
J'ai demandé un changement de chambre à cause de l'odeur. Le gérant de l'hôtel a gentiment accepté ma demande.
Mais la nouvelle chambre sentais à la cigarette (beaucoup moins mais encore)

묵었던 싱글룸에 침대등이 작동이 안되고 샤워기도 고장인 듯했어요. 시설관리가 필요해 보입니다

manager was so rude. we came after 5 hours of drive and the room they gave had a broken lock . they don’t care really. it took 4 hours to fix the room door lock. when we asked to change the room , they refused to help and asked to contact booking.com if we have any problem. they rudely told us to go ask refund from booking.com.

English may not working here but still all staffs including door man are kind and helpful. Room was clean and Breakfast was also nice. Ankara castle and the Anatolian civilization museum are walking distance also some other museums are nearby.
Wifi in room is really weak. I had to work in lobby but jt was fine.

In the room there was a powerful smell of cigarette smoke. I had to sleep with the window largely opened but the smell did not disapeared until the morning.

The rooms were clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Yet, there was a strong sigaret smell in all of them and no normally functioning internet.
The internet was completely unreliable, none of the staff spoke english, there was a strong sigaret smell in all rooms and the neighborhood was unsafe (staff advised us not to walk outside even just for 500 meters in the evening. The breakfast was very extensive but somehow never included fresh turkish bread or simit (only plastic-wrapped little bread) which was a bit sad in a place known for its amazing bread.
