Pros:

Das großzügige Zimmer war viel schöner, als die schlecht gemachten Fotos. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war hervorragend. Balkon mit Blick auf Basar war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. In Anbetracht dessen, was in der Stadt bis tief in die Nacht los ist, war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville est idéal pour les visites à pied du bazar, la rue commerçante et à côté de la gare.

Cons:

En revanche la zone est très bruyante, les trains font énormément de bruit, le quartier n'est pas propre mais c'est une généralité
La chambre est mal isolé
On nous a réservé une visite au village Nubien. Le conducteur du bateau a été très désagréable et l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous rembourser ou faire au moins une reconnaissance
Ils demandent 40 USD pour le transfert à l'aéroport et nous avons trouvé les taxis à côté de la gare pour 500 égyptien pounds (+/-14USD)

I appreciated the helpful staff, distance to train station and modern clean feel.
Pros:

Arrived late evening but no problem with 24 hr desk. Provided helpful info for getting around.
Next morning spoke with Mona at reservations for tours. I explained my time line and interests and with a little negotiation was offered a car and driver to visit Kom Ombo and Edfu. The young driver was quiet spoken, very patient with my dawdling and expressed he was at my service.

Cons:

Room was small but efficient.

服务真的挺好的，老板到每个工作人员都特别友善，洗➕熨烫一件衣服只要50埃磅，大早上我们要坐包车去阿布辛贝，还提醒我们外面很黑不要出去。

洗漱设施真不想，水很冷也小，早餐是真不行，虽然吃早餐风景不错，早餐是上的定食，只有鸡蛋或者蛋饼我可以吃，其他的皮塔饼奶酪啥的白人饭我都吃不了

位置就在尼罗河边上，附近有个叫view的餐厅餐食也不错。顶楼早餐可以看风景，很安静。出行也方便。

Good for the price
Pros:

Spacious and clean modern rooms if you need a night or 2 stopover. Central location next to souk and Nile. Friendly staff. Great rooftop views. Mona at reception was exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

Shower had no door/curtain so floods when used. Fridge in room didn’t work. A standard 1 size fits all Breakfast was served which was quite small and no alternate/extra options offered if not to your preference.

Accueil. Situation proche de la gare et de la corniche. Superficie de la chambre
Très belle terrasse avec vue sur le Nil
Propreté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant selon les chambres.
Petit déjeuner équilibré mais peu varié. Pas de libre service pour les boissons chaudes.

Great Staff, Quality Stay, Next to Train Station & Good Food
Pros:

I worked hard to find a place central to my needs in Aswan and Nuba Nile was a great choice. I needed to be close to the train station (1 block) and basically just as close to dining options for my two-day trip to the Philae Temple and other nearby sights. My room was comfortable, but the internet was typically slow Egyptian speed, so my Etisalat SIM data took over just fine. Their roof deck is AMAZING and morning breakfast fresh and charming, but it's really the staff that shine here.

I had an issue with (MY fault) booking two rides from the airport in error, and their reservations manager fixed my stupid mistake with a genuine smile. I have never been so pleased to be forgiven. Later, I had a different problem with a dishonest train ticket vendor and the owner interceded with them on my behalf, helping me fix things.

I am very happy with my experience here and hope you do, too.

Cons:

The wifi is useless for anything other than maybe WhatsApp texting.
