Cons:

No windows to look outside. Only window looks out on to hotel landing so guests constantly walking by. Curtains have to stay closed unless you are ok with people looking in to your bedroom. No natural lifht

Not sure I’d stay there again, but valet was fast & friendly.
Pros:

Great coffee at the hotel lobby bar. Evening manager was pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Checkin time is stated as 4pm. We arrived at 4:45, after an 11-hour road trip to find the 2 rooms in our group were not ready and no estimated time could be given when they would be ready. Not the cleanest room I’ve had in a nice hotel, but it worked since we were exhausted and only had 2 nights stay.

Pros:

Staff were exceptionally nice. Room was decorated nice and clean. Felt very safe with the updated elevators. You can tell they have taken extra precautions to keep their guests safe. Wish there was more affordable parking nearby. Valet parking was $60. Overnight parking myself was $53.

Cons:

They advertised Happy Hour $10 pizza from 10pm-12am but were sold out by 10:30. There isn't much to eat around this hotel except McDonalds.

Pros:

The food and drinks were exceptional. The lobby was a great hang out space for the family. The full size beds were a little too small for two adults but we made it work. Had to request room service everyday as it was not done automatically. For this price point we shouldn’t have had to call everyday of our stay.

The hotel was perfect for a weekend stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything felt take care of and clean
