Pros:

The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming ! My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location literally a 15 minute walk to down town.

Cons:

That they spring on you a $50 a night security charge but no where does it mention this when you book

My stay was amazing!

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone and I would not stay here again!

The staff at the front desk. I am a Hyatt member and I was charged for a one hour late check out - which was supposed to be free!!!
The sink counter in the bathroom is way too small. The water in showers was almost non existent.

Would definitely look elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was great. Looks like they have tried to update.

Cons:

The room itself was nice but the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in. There was zero water pressure could hardly rinse the soap out of my hair. Had to pay to park for an already overpriced stay.
