Don’t book this hotel.

I liked nothing.

Cons:

We made our booking through Booking.com at 4:00 PM. We were traveling by road from Islamabad to Lahore and needed a place to stay for one night. When we reached the hotel at around 11:00 PM, the person at the reception told us that all the rooms were already booked and said that we should have called them at 6:00 PM to confirm.

I explained that since my booking was showing as online confirmed, there was no reason for me to call. In fact, the hotel should have contacted us if there was any issue with availability.

Because of this, we had to urgently book another hotel late at night. Unfortunately, the same exact situation had previously happened to my husband at this hotel as well, which shows a repeated issue with their booking management.
