Tranquilidad y comodidad en San Andrés
Pros:

La comodidad y tranquilidad de la casa. La opción de tener no solo una habitación sino tener acceso a toda la casa, es un plus, especialmente a la cocina que está súper bien dotada y a falta de una hay dos cocinas. La piscina siempre limpia y disponible la 24 horas. Las dos encargadas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Aunque está distanciada del centro, hay la facilidad de tomar el bus frente a la casa. Muy recomendado como lugar de descanso, lejos del ajetreado centro.

Cons:

Sería muy bueno que revisaran el manejo de las basuras. Es una tristeza que no las separen y que todo tenga que ir en la misma caneca.

Cons:

Não tinha água quente e nem chuveiro. Na lista de amenidades do booking consta banheira ou chuveiro e não tinha nenhum dos dois.
Péssimo porque uma atendente do booking tinha falado comigo que solicitaria o reembolso para eu sair da acomodação. Depois ligou dizendo que a acomodação estava correta.

Calm stay close to great diving spots
Pros:

- very calm place to relax
- the kitchen is huge and well equipped
- the rooms are spacious and the bathroom new
- close to diving schools and diving spots
- across the street you can jump in the water and snorkel or see the sunset

Cons:

- the shower did not have a shower head and the water was cold
- it’s far from the main town, you are dependent on taxi or the bus which runs only every 30-60min (or not all all in the night) depending on the time of the day

Very clean, good kitchen - high potential but some mismanagement
Pros:

Beautiful but remote location, very clean, amazing kitchen for self catering, snorkeling equipment and SUP for rent, good price/value for San Andres, drinking water always available, smart TV, communication over WhatsApp and payment online was very good

Cons:

Manager (Yulibeth).has an attitude and we didn't know why, very cold to the guests, breakfast is lousy and we had to search for staff all three mornings for milk to eat the oversweetened cereals (maybe add oatmeal / Avena), Sometimes there was packaged bread and one morning there was a bit jam left. Pool dirty and hot, since diving schools are going in there and it's not really deep- no information about that at all, needs maintenance. We had a dripping hole in the bathroom. They help you with organizing stuff like a golf cart but there is no quality control and you get overcharged by their recommendation.

Bel emplacement à côté des zones de snorkeling.
Grande maison coupée en 2, très calme
belle piscine
Cuisine et frigo en accès libre, plutôt bien équipée.
Chambres spacieuses

Cons:

Petit déjeuner offert mais minimaliste, prévoir un complément pour un vrai petit déjeuner.
Pas d'eau chaude, ou plutôt eau chaude chauffée exclusivement en solaire, pas toujours efficace.

The best hotel of our 12 day trip to San Andres. Fully recommend ...but stock up before you arrive.
Pros:

This is a really nice hostel/homestay. It has a great vibe and is well looked after by Tracey and her cleaning team.
There is a lovely big open-plan kitchen which guests are encouraged to use. Ample fridges and a shelf of stuff left over from previous guests.
The territory is lovely and spacious and the pool is a welcome place to relax.
There is an on-site scuba school (140k for a session in the pool and then over the road see Poseidon in the cove) (We found slightly cheaper 110k for a 1-hour session in the sea with minimal instruction beforehand)
Free drinking water really is a unsung bonus.
Daily cleaning of room was unexpected but nice to return to.
The room we were given was modest in size for 2 adults and 2 children but the amount of space outside of it meant that there were plenty of areas to relax away from one another!
A great territory for kids - cockerels, a friendly dog and iguanas roam about freely.
There are lovely places over the road which are on the sea which have diving boards / slides / big inflatables which, at 5k per person per day, is a nice way to spend the day.
A laidback manager was also really appreciated - want to swim at 10pm or 6am - fine, just be quiet. Wash up your dishes and leave the common spaces as you found them and you'll have an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The rain! ...but of course that's not the hotel's fault.
The lack of shopping options nearby - there is a shop but it's about a 2km walk one way. Stock up before you arrive otherwise it'll be delivered pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Mosquitos - bring spray.
Some parts of the house/pool need a bit of TLC

Perfect for couples to rest and enjoy the ocean , beach and pool .
Pros:

The property is in a beautiful peaceful area of the island. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the sea. This area is ideal for snorkeling , scuba diving , walking. And enjoying un unforgettable sunset. The beach of sound bay is just 2 minute drive or a 18 minute walk. We really loved the place it was clean , and well kept
