Das ich auf Nachfrage dann doch das Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen habe
Es hat ständig viel zu laute schlechte Musik gespielt, ich musste wirklich schreien um mich unterhalten zu können.
Und ich habe das doppelte bezahlt und sie haben auf meine Reklamation nicht reagiert. Sie haben gesagt ich müsste das mit booking klären und booking sagt ich muss das mit dem Hotel abklären
Eigentlich hab ich genau das Hotel gewählt, weil der Balkon eine Hängematte hatte (ich liebe es darin zu chillen und den Wellen zu lauschen). Aber es gab gar keine und Wellen lauschen gab es bei der ganztags extrem Beschallung auch nicht.
Das Frühstück ist sehr klein rationaler, und die Dame an der Rezeption wirkte genervt (liegt vielleicht an der Musik)
Der ganze Strand ist total überfüllt und man wird extrem abgezockt. Siehe auch Internet. Hätte ich mich vorher besser informiert, wäre ich niemals hierher gekommen.

El sitio está muy bien atendido, el personal es super amable y atento.
Tiene sus propias camas de playa gratuitas para los huéspedes (cosa que en la zona no suele pasar), limpian todo mucho y con mucha frecuencia. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, casi no hubo cortes de luz.
Buen desayuno y muy buena comida a la carta.
El agua de la ducha es solo del tiempo, no hay caliente. La playa es muy bonita pero es una pena que esté llena de basura, lanchas y vendedores (de esto el hotel no tiene culpa, pero pierde el encanto)
Las habitaciones lo mejor, Todo fue espectacular, la dueña y todos sus empleados súper amables, súper recomendado

Best hotel and location at Playa Blanca! Had everything including air conditioning and a great breakfast included. Staff constantly cleaning rooms and common spaces. Compared to everything else in Playa Blanca this place is a gem and luxurious.
Great place. Would be nice if they had a pool too but the sea is so amazing really not needed.

The staff regularly intends to overcharge in the restaurant (15k-50k pesos extra).
The staff is not hospitable and unfriendly. Disrespectful attitude (all the time the staff was asking about the day I leave).
The breakfast is too small. Many dishes are too salted (sancocho de pescado).
Too loud music from the hotel bar from 10am till midnight, which is uncomfortable to human ear: 2 talking persons will not be able to hear each other.
The beach in front of the hotel is used as local boats parking: you will have to enjoy the sea between those boats. The Armada Nacional kicks them out from the seashore, however in 30 minutes they come back. The hotel staff is indifferent to this problem.
If you swim or enjoy the sea, boat drivers will ask you to leave the sea so that they may park: the staff does not help you with this.

The hotel has good food and drinks. The staff is friendly but the service is a bit slow, like everywhere in Colombia. The beach is nice and they have their own sunbeds.
We had two rooms, one of which had to be a room with a balcony. I think they had a double booking because we didn't get a room that matched the reservation. We got a room on the top floor that was completely unfinished, the workmen finished it while we were waiting. All in all, the room was nice, but someone else might have been unhappy with it because of the incompleteness.
