Pros:

very pleasant stay! The hospitality here is amazing, the staff are all very friendly and caring and always ensure that we are well fed and well rested. They take the initiative to check up on us every single day. The room is also well cleaned everyday. The environment is very nice and really made our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend visitors coming to Beijing to stay at this hotel, not only is the hospitality and environment good,the location of the hotel is also very convenient with two subway stations nearby and located near the trendy famous spots of Beijing.

Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel in the morning we were served to an awesome spread of breakfast by the lovely staff which were not the usual practice given the hotels we used to stay in. Even at night when we were done for the day and got back to the hotel, a spread of food/snacks were provided! We were so pampered by the friendly staff when it came to food/snacks/tea/hot dumpling soup etc etc.. We couldn’t ask for more in this aspect of staying here. We missed this place already now that we are back home and reminiscing about the ever friendly and lovely stuff, including the 老板 too! Thanks for the farewell gifts and we regret we couldn’t say goodbye to all of you as we had to leave for Shanghai to catch an early morning train… but we will be back for sure, hopefully in the not so distant future!

Cons:

Probably the narrow road that a vehicle have to drive slowly in order to leave and come back. But it’s like a 2-3 minute walk to the main road nevertheless..

Невероятно интересно придумано из холода в тепло . Патио было прохладно , а в номере тепло . В коридорах холодно и резко тепло в столовой .
Вроде бы ничего особенного , но эта асана температур сыграла для меня роль и придала необычность всей атмосфере .

Туалеты прикольные автоматические .
Персонал оооочень внимательный , даже слишком ))

На завтрак не хватает мест …
Пришлось ждать .

Скидку во время не отдали и я полетела дальше с протухшей одеждой …

А так я бы вернулась

Excellent afternoon tea - really traditional and very generous with every detail thought about. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Electronic curtain and air con settings weren’t in English and weren’t easy to work. Was not really 10 minutes from the Forbidden City - was a good 10 minute walk plus a metro journey.

Девушки, работающие здесь, не просто сотрудницы, а воплощение доброты, отзывчивости и внимания ко всем деталям. Они окружали нас искренней заботой: готовили изумительные разнообразные завтраки, приносили детям горячее молоко, а по возвращении с прогулок неизменно угощали чаем с десертами и орешками. Благодаря им мы не просто остановились в гостинице, а ощутили подлинное гостеприимство и смогли глубже прочувствовать местный колорит.

Сам отель великолепен. В нем царит неповторимая уютная атмосфера, созданная тысячей продуманных мелочей: рыбки в пруду во дворе, цветы, бонсай. Дух Китая чувствуется во всем: в архитектуре, в изящной традиционной одежде персонала, в деталях интерьера. При этом номер был оснащен по последнему слову техники: проектор, фен Dyson, умный туалет с функцией подогрева, теплые полы. Мы оценили невероятно удобные кровати с мягкими одеялами, а также продуманность до мелочей - от детских тапочек и зубной щетки до отдельных полотенец для лица.

Повсюду идеальная чистота. Отель находится в крайне удобном расположении в самом центре Пекина, что позволяет с легкостью исследовать город.

Одним словом - это незабываемо! Многие роскошные отели со временем сливаются в памяти. Но ваш отель с его аутентичной китайской атмосферой и по-настоящему прекрасным персоналом, сервисом и уровнем навсегда останется в нашем сердце как одно из самых ярких и теплых впечатлений от Пекина!

Amazing hotel! The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive and really made us feel at home - a real highlight of our trip! The food and afternoon tea is delicious too and the thoughtful gestures such as the hot milk at night and the departure gift were so kind. Most definitely recommend.
