If you want to avoid stuff with attitude booking some nice place in mountains instead. Otherwise a decent place to stay.
Pros:

Nice modern hotel with previously decent automation so you don’t need to interact with stuff.

Cons:

It was my second time and it looks like automation has decreased. Access carts are not printed automatically, parking lots are not assigned automatically anymore.
It leads to conversations with stuff that is obviously possessed by some austrian attitude. They make mistakes but trying to make it your problem. Booking incorrect parking lots, then again incorrect and after that asking “Why can’t you put your car on random free spot?” Obviously this is not an order for paid service. What about other people that have booked another slot?

указала двоих взрослых и ребенка , время заезда , но по прибытию в номере не была готова кровать ,и даже не было комплекта постельного , одеяла и подушки для третьего человека. отсутствие питьевой воды. Магазин в пешей доступности закрывается в 19 часов. В номере холодно . Стулья из ткани и уже грязные .
