Kann ich weiterempfehlen :)
Pros:

Simpler Check-in, man hat seine Ruhe, gute Schallabdichtung sodass Straßengeräusche nicht durchgekommen sind, das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und sauber, alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub :)

Cons:

Etwas bessere Kücheneinrichtung wäre nicht schlecht, mehr Besteck (es gab von allem jeweils nur 3 Stück) und Spülmittel zum abspülen wären gut gewesen

Gute Lage für die Durchreise.
Unkomplizierter digitaler Check-in.
Angenehmer Küchen- und Aufenthaltsbereich.
Modernes und gepflegtes Ambiente.
Praktische elektrische Jalousien zur Verdunkelung und als Sichtschutz.
Abends ruhig.

Cons:

Etagenflur aufgrund der ganztägig besonnten bodentiefen Glasfassade sehr warm und stickig; eine Belüftung war offenbar nicht möglich.
Im Zimmer keine spürbare Klimatisierung. Lüftung nur über die Tür zum innenliegenden, in die Gebäudefassade eingelassenen Balkon möglich; dabei zog regelmäßig Rauch von benachbarten Balkonen ins Zimmer.
Das dritte Bett musste aus einem Klappsessel selbst aufgebaut werden. Der Aufbau war nicht selbsterklärend und erst nach Rückfrage an der Rezeption möglich und nicht leichtgängig.
Das bereitgestellte Spannbettlaken war für dieses Bett ungeeignet, da es sich aufgrund der Konstruktion des ausgeklappten Sessels nicht am oberen Bettteil befestigen ließ. Laut Rezeption sei vorgesehen, dass nur die unteren Teile der Liegefläche mit dem Laken bedeckt werden und das Kopfkissen den oberen Bereich abdeckt. Dies entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem hygienischen Hotelstandard, den man erwarten darf.
Für ein ausdrücklich als Dreibettzimmer gebuchtes Zimmer hätten wir eine vollständig vorbereitete und komfortable Schlafmöglichkeit erwartet.
Morgens unerwartet stark frequentierte Verkehrsstraße.

Die Lage, grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Auf der Terrasse lag ein Berg Haare. Das Bad könnte schöner geputzt sein. Ist etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück im Papiersackerl bei der Rezeption selber holen. Somit ist für mich der Preis auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

المطبخ متكامل ودورة المياه نظيفة وقريب من الحدايق والنهر وقريب منه سوبرماركت بيلا ، ونقطة توقف الباص المحلية .

Cons:

التكييف سيء ويحتاج صيانة ، وسرير الأريكة غير مريح أبداً ويطلع أصوات عند التحرك عليه .

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und falls man was braucht dann bringen die Leute es sofort.Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber.

Happy with the stay, you wont be disappointed :)
Pros:

The accommodation was still very clean, very well maintained, very modern, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony was bit tight for 4 of us but we managed. We had a view of some flats but looking further, lovely mountain views which was very much appreciated. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, secure parking was decent too! about 25 mins walk to the old town in Innsbruck. Would definitely consider staying here again, overall experience was great.

Cons:

The rooms on the website looked slightly more bigger than our actual room. It was still absolutely lovely, however bit cramped for 4 people and 4 luggage's. will definitely upgrade to bigger room next time- you live and learn :)

On arrival, the check in system was slightly awkward, on a massive computer screen, where everyone behind can see your personal details, lacked bit of privacy. Initially struggled but once the reception guy became available, he was a great help and so pleasant, really accommodating to us. Managed to check in just fine and get on with our day :)

La struttura è molto moderna, con reception attiva e possibilità di check in autonomia. Possiede un garage per la macchina e le camere sono molto grandi e dotate di dispositivi elettronici essenziali oltre ad un piano cottura.

Pulizia migliorabile.
