Pros:

Big rooms. Ground parking. Free cable car and spa use when staying in hotel. Delicios breakfest with many varieties.

Cons:

Our room was old and worn out, some electrical outlets didn’t work. Water in drinking water bottle was disgusting just by smell). In day when We arrived We planned to go to spa, but in reception said that it is booked for event and We can’t use it. It would have been good if the hotel had informed us about that in advance, so we could have rearranged our plans for the day.

Im grossen und ganzen war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Man war innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Alpentherme bzw. im Ortszentrum. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, hätte teilweise etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Das Personal war stehts sehr freundlich und einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz gab es kostenlos dazu.

Cons:

Es gibt lediglich einen für uns großen Minuspunkt. Auf der Homepage bzw. bei booking.com wird mit Nichtraucherzimmern geworben. Das gilt leider nicht für die Balkone. Da auf dem Balkon neben oder unter uns geraucht wurde, ist uns der Rauch von teilweise morgens 6.00 Uhr bis spät Abends ins Zimmer gezogen was für Nichtraucher eklig sein kann. Auf Grund des Wetters musste man die Balkontür aber kippen bzw ganz öffen weil keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.
