Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sehr freundlich

Cons:

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, defekte Abflüsse, ein sauberes und gepflegtes Bad geht anders, vertrocknete Blumen auf dem Balkon, gebrauchte Servietten im Frühstücksraum lagen neun Tage unter dem Tisch - wird dort nicht gereinigt?
Personal an der Rezeption teilweise sehr unfreundlich, man fühlte sich nicht unbedingt willkommen

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Pros:

Die Lage, der freie Eintritt in die Therme und für die Bergfahrten. Es gab einen Minikühlschrank auf Anfrage für Medikamente.
Das Personal war aufmerksam. Die Tiefgarage war wunderbar bei über 30 Grad Wärme.

Cons:

Es war hellhörig, das Zimmer hatte Teppichboden, es gab keinen Kühlschrank um Getränke zu kühlen.

Preis Leistung war unschlagbar! Wir konnten bereits vor Mittag ins Zimmer und genossen die Zeit und die Therme sehr.
