Lage ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gehörte die Matraze erneuert, da sie schon sehr abgenutzt war, aber sonst keine Mängel.

Pros:

Lokalita byla výborná a vstupy do lázní byly v rámci pobytu zdarma a příjemným odpočinkem po celodenním lyžování.

Cons:

Nelíbil se nám přístup s objednáním večeře, kdy hotel nebyl schopen nachystat stolování pro 11 osob a to i přesto, že jsme objednávali 24 hod. před. Hotel argumentoval tím, že nemají místo pro ubytované a upřednostňoval hosty mimo hotel.

Frühstücks Service - Personal ist nur herumgestanden und hat selbst Kaffee getrunken - Flecken am Tischtuch / nicht aufgedeckt / fehlendes Besteck / Wurst + Käse wurde um 09:00 bereits nicht mehr nachgefüllt

Auch für den Begrüsungsdrink an der Bar um 18:00 mussten wir 10min warten bis ein Kellner vorbeikam

Fabelhaft gemütliche Atmosphäre nahe Kurpark/Zentrum und Schibus
Pros:

Großzügige helle Räume, feines Buffet, nettes Personal, gute Lage nahe Kurpark/Zentrum (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß) Schibus Station ganz nahe.
Täglich Thermen Eintritt und Busverkehr inklusive.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft kann man nicht mit dem Auto zum Ausladen zum Eingang fahren, sondern erst nach dem Check-in in die Garage zum Auspacken, was aber eben erst beim Check-in erklärt wird.

Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und es ist kein schickmicki Hotel, was sehr angenehm ist.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und alles da was man gerne hätte!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Skibus vor der Haustüre, gratis Garagenplatz, daneben gleich Skistall, Mobilitätskarte und Gästekarte mit uneingeschr. Thermeneintritt inklusive,
sehr schönes Ambiente mit offenem Kaminfeuer abends, extrem nettes Personal ( insb. Niki beim Abendessen!), sehr gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet
Zimmer sehr geräumig

Zimmer etwas hellhörig, Duschkabine recht klein, keine Lüftung im Bad/WC, Föhn für lange Haare zu schwach

Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Es gibt frisches aufgeschnittenes Gemüse und Obst.
Beim Abendessen gibt es ebenfalls Buffett.
