Pros:

Very new and modern rooms. Host is very nice.

Cons:

It is definitely small for 4 people. We arrived at 1am and second double bed (sofa) wasn’t prepared so after a long trip we needed to make it ourselfs. Once we prepared the sofa, we literally couldn’t walk in the room. Room is ideal for 2 people without many luggage. .

Evin konumu çok güzel, her yere yürüme mesafesinde . Ev temizdi, kaının şifreli olması ve kimseyle muhattap olmaman güzel. Biz iki oda kiralamıştık.Çocuklu aile olduğumuz için 2 oda gibi olanından vermişlerdi. genişliği güzeldi. Odada kahve olması ince bir düşünce , ütü olması artılardan biri.

Cons:

Banyoda duş alırken duşakabinin girişine bir şey koymazsanız su odanın içine kadar akabilir. Bence buna çözüm bulmak kolay, ama yapmamışlar, daha önceki yorumlarda da vardı. Taharet musluğu yok, su şişesi ile idare ettik mecbur.

The place was very close to the square. There was also a bus stop nearby, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık,konum çok iyi ve oda temizdi,bizim için yeterli ana kriter bunlardı.
Pros:

Öncelikle konum çok güzeldi cumhuriyet meydanına, knez mihailova caddesine yürüme mesafesinde olmasını çok sevdik,oda temizdi. Biz otele geç giriş yapabildiğimiz için wp üzerinden haberleştik,bilgilerimizi atmamızın ardından zaten kapı şifreleri,net konumu,fotoğraflarla birlikte detaylı bir şekilde bilgilendirdiler mesajda bu yüzden ulaşım açısından bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Odada kapsül kahve mevcut bu çok tatlıydı,ütü de vardı genel olarak memnun kaldık,rahat ettik bir sorun yaşamadık teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Bina biraz eskiydi ama belgrada gelince zaten göreceksiniz ki bütün binalar öyle o yüzden ilk görüşte şaşırmayın:) Banyo küçüktü ve duşakabin yoktu maalesef bu yüzden duş alırken her yer ıslandı:( Bir de ana giriş kapısından sonra ikinci kapıdan bir daireye girer gibi giriyorsunuz üç oda çıkıyor karşınıza odalar dip dibe yalıtım maalesef biraz kötüydü,biz toplamda dört gece kaldık sıkıntı yaşamadık ama son gece yan odamıza çocuklu bir aile geldi çocuğun bağırmaları sabah uykumuzu böldü biraz o kadar.

Pros:

The apartments were right in the center, close to everything. The host was supportive, we arrived 2 hours earlier because in the afternoon a huge protest was planned. One of the rooms was already cleaned so we could leave our luggage there. The apartments were very clean. I can recommend them

Cons:

A bit of noise on the street outside, but I think it was extraordinary situation having in mind the protest the first evening.

Rude host
Cons:

Host is very very rude, I've traveled a lot but have never met such a rude host.
Air conditioning was not working at all and that is the main heating source, when we told that to the host he first accused us of not knowing how to use it and then later on after technician inspected it he brought in electric heater.
That wasn't the only unpleasant exchange between us, but I am not going to list them all here.
TV also was not working initially but technician fixed it.
This apartment is a part of a bigger apartment that has been devided into multiple suites, so don't expect a lot of privacy.

Pros:

Great location, super cozy inside and they were really helpful in arranging a taxi for me to the airport for my 6am flight.

Cons:

Located close to the centre but on a busy road, so if you are bothered by cars passing by at night, this could disturb you. With the windows closed it's alright but if you want some breeze, it can be a bit noisy.

Konumu çok merkezi,

Cons:

Otopark büyük sıkıntı, en yakındaki otopark günlük 17€, odamız ana caddeye baktığı için trafik gürültüsünden erkenden uyanıyorsunuz gece geç saatlere kadar korna seslerinden uyuyamıyorsunuz, iki gün konakladık ancak havlular ve çarşaflar hiç değişmedi,
