Appalling sofa 'bed'. Appalling customer service.

Nice shower.

Cons:

Absolutely do NOT book this apartment if you are going to need to use the sofa bed. It is basically just a piece of wood covered in the thinnest piece of foam you could imagine. I had the most dreadful and painful night's sleep in my life on it. I emailed the owners the next day to tell them that the bed is not fit for purpose and that it absolutely broke me. They told me that my children and I could upgrade to a bigger room with two beds but that it would cost me €100. I declined as I was on a budget and my children and I just all huddled in the bed.

A pleasant and comfortable stay despite a few small issues
Pros:

The apartment was clean, cozy, and nicely designed. The room looked beautiful and overall felt comfortable. Communication was easy — we could quickly reach out via WhatsApp if needed. The location and access to the apartment were also convenient.

Cons:

There was no heating, which made the stay a bit less comfortable. The TV Internet didn’t work, and there were small missing details like tea/coffee supplies. These are minor things, but they would make the stay better.

Pros:

Location was good with a great coffee shop just outside. Overall, the room is kept well.

Cons:

Shower quickly ran out of water with the only solution offered is to wait longer than the 20 minutes the sign advises waiting between showers (not ideal for a couple/family). The room could benefit with an extra door from the entrance area and the main part of the room as you could hear everything going in the corridors.

Excellent location next to the river, very close to metro station and to many tram lines which they can take you to the center or to the Prague castle.

Cons:

The sofa advertised as a bed is just the pillows of the coach on the floor. We stayed for 5 days no towel change or cleaning.

Excellent location. We stayed here for the second time, this time in a different apartment as we were traveling with family. Easy check-in and everything was clean.

The second bed was a sofa bed, and when unfolded it was very low, almost at floor level, which was not very comfortable.
