Q hay problemas de seguridad
No dormí por la incertidumbre y miedo por mi integridad y la de mi familia y no te da la confianza trataron de amedrentar y extorsionar y hay cosas q no, no hay cámaras de vigilancia en los pasillos de las habitaciones como para ver q pasó realmente. .hasta el momento había ocupado en otras ocasiones pero ya no.. En cuanto a seguridad mi experiencia fue de terror.

entiendo que el desayuno es americano, pero es muy básico, siempre huevo revuelto con frijol.

La habitacion muy pequeña,no tiene ventanas que se puedan abrir osea la habitacion no tiene ventilacion,no tiene extractor de malos olores, el desayuno continental muy mal preparado,osea algunas veces el huevo quemado, no tienen variedad de desayunos, siempre huevo de la misma forma,no habia platos para servir los alimentos,no habia vasos adecuados para el cafe,la mezcladora de agua del lavavo del baño esta dañada,habia cucarachas en el cuarto

Booking listing notes : airport shuttle. Chose this hotel specificly for that reason. Incorrect. No airport shuttle. Added $50 to my stay to transport from hotel to airport. Very disappointed!!!
Air-conditioning system was loud. Off, room was hot and stuffy; On, loud and couldn't sleep. Turned off for 2 hours to rest and then back on to cool the room and get up. Exhausted way to start the day.
