Staff was fantastic! Helpful. Pleasant. Welcoming. Organized transportation and connections; managed language barriers with car services.

Good size room for 1;
Two people; tight floor space.

Bags, suitcases on floor.
6 hangers. No drawers.
Good stopover space.

Cons:

Booking listing notes : airport shuttle. Chose this hotel specificly for that reason. Incorrect. No airport shuttle. Added $50 to my stay to transport from hotel to airport. Very disappointed!!!

Air-conditioning system was loud. Off, room was hot and stuffy; On, loud and couldn't sleep. Turned off for 2 hours to rest and then back on to cool the room and get up. Exhausted way to start the day.
