服務很優質，早餐很好吃、下午茶也很棒！

Cons:

因攜帶寶寶出門旅行，但可能是因為房型的關係，安排在5樓電梯出來後，還有樓梯要爬，變成要扛著嬰兒車、行李、寶寶上去，稍微不便利。

感覺是頂樓加蓋的，所以走道感覺很壓迫又很悶熱，又做了造景的大樹看起來更複雜！

1. 餐廳環境不錯，下午茶16:00~18:00，有滷肉飯、地瓜粥、關東煮、茶葉蛋、檸檬愛玉、餅乾、咖啡飲料隨你取用；早餐入住前先選擇主餐，早餐意外很豐盛＋健康，吃得很飽足。
2. 停車在同集團京閣院的戶外停車場，但沒有看到人員管理，可隨意進出，貴重物品建議不要放車上。
3. 地點方便，隔壁就是知名的陳旺記鴉片飯，礁溪公園、奕順軒、吳記花生捲冰淇淋、柯氏蔥油餅沿著馬路走就到了。

1. 房間空調聲音很大聲，對噪音敏感的人可能會不好入睡
2. 免治馬桶的水量非常弱.....很難使用，希望可以改進
3. 房間燈光太太太太太昏暗了，燈非常少，東西都看不大到，女生不好化妝

Kelly and her colleague were extremely kind in guiding us, and the local restaurant recommended by the staff was excelle
Pros:

The idea of letting people try perfumes at the basement entrance and take home a scented plaster diffuser as a souvenir is excellent, and the 24-hour café is truly an outstanding facility.

Cons:

It’s a bit disappointing that there’s no pool or gym, and the hotel (entrance and reception is quite tiny ) room is smaller than expected.
