Very welcoming owners and very helpful

I have only good things to say about this hotel. It is close to the bus station and there are kiosk and restaurants near the hotel. The beach is also near. The personals are very nice and good people very friendly. We felt safe and happy. The pool is very big and the sun beds were nice

The owners, Matthew and Kim, are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they’ve created a truly beautiful hotel. My children absolutely loved it here. The property features two pools and is set in a quiet, picturesque location that’s perfect for relaxing.

The accommodations were wonderful—spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. The nearby restaurant options were excellent, offering great variety within easy walking distance.

Two beautiful beaches are just a short drive away—both small, peaceful, and never too crowded—which made our days by the sea even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I loved every moment of my stay and would highly recommend Paradice Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

A great escape away from the city crowds, great for a restful retreat with the family. Ideal for a relaxing pool and beach type of holiday. Great hosts who make you feel at home. Good air conditioning and a fridge. A big breakfast was served every day with care. Two nice pool areas, the other one very large. The beautiful Zorba beach a walking distance away with a nice beach bar and taverns. Easy to reach by bus from Chania, like we did, the stop is closeby. Walk back a little until you see the sign saying Paradise. Also ideal for drivers, with a large underground garage available.

The ladies from reception - exceptional …! So nice and kind . Because of them would come back.
Got a room at first with no balcony for 9 nights - but thanks to the ladies - could change the first day !
Expected a bit more from a 4 start hotel … to get cleaning was difficult .

Would I come back - not sure. Used the pool only once .. the area around is super nice and good calm

We stayed here at the beginning of September for 2 weeks. The room we were allocated overlooked a fantastic pool with lovely mountain views from our balcony. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and it was cleaned every other day with lovely fresh towels, toilet rolls etc. The hotel was very quiet during our stay which was great as we had the pool to ourselves. A lovely breakfast was cooked fresh every morning by the owner Vicky and served to us by her lovely family in the dining room, it filled you up for the whole day which was great. The hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Stavros beach with 2 supermarkets on the way. The beach and Sea are both absolutely beautiful, though to hire the sun beds are a little expensive, typically the front row are 40 euros per set and behind are 30 euros, though you do get waiter service and a free bottle of water. The beach is sandy and the sea is warm and shallow and lovely to swim in, lots of little fish too. There are various restaurants surrounding the beach, all of them serve good food reasonably priced. Due to the hotels location we hired a car for two weeks from a company called Uranus car rentals who we highly recommend. Vicky the owner was fantastic, she even packed us a picnic breakfast when we left early one day to do some sightseeing. She gave us recommendations and advice on places to visit, eat, park, bus times etc, she was just lovely and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They are a lovely family Vicky, her husband and sons, and we recommend their hotel to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing, safe and enjoyable holiday. We would love to go back one day.

The staff was very kind amd helpful and always tried to meet our needs and expectations. The pool is amazing, it is a big size pool with very pleasant temeprature of water. That part of the hotel is brand new. Our room was big enough for three people with a small fridge that was also very useful during our holiday.

I recommend this hotel for a wonderful service and beautiful clean hotel! Vicky, the manager, is such a pleasant person! The whole staff in general was very nice, polite, and very professional!

The wonderful, adorable Mrs. Vicki, manager of the property, was kind and attentive and tried to make everything comfortable for us. In fact the staff in general was lovely, they solved a problem we had upon arrival with the best solution.

Great pool that we loved and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and lovely.
The breakfast was delicious and never the same so it’s great 😊.

We felt right at home. The pools are fantastic, large, and always clean. Stavros beach is within walking distance, just a few minutes away. The staff is wonderful, always kind and ready to help with any need.
