The breakfast buffet was excellent. But it can drive you mad when 8 members of your staff all ask one after the other if I want a cup of tea. Then another 8-10 people come and ask if I want a glass of water.....a few more want to know if I'd like anything from the kitchen and 3 more ask how my stay is going......all this in the half hour that it takes to eat breakfast!! Let people eat in peace. We are all adults and quite capable of asking if we want something! The line between being attentive and being a nuisance is a fine one.
On the other hand, I must commend the security staff and valet service for always being pleasant and smiling when I drove up to the hotel.
The front desk reception staff are badly in need of some training. I had traveled with my car which was parked in the hotel basement. I called reception from my room to ask if the car could be brought up by the valet and kept ready for me (standard protocol in all hotels). I received a curt reply saying everyone is busy.....it will not be possible. When I raised the issue to the duty manager later that day, she was quick to lay blame the valet. It was not his fault as the rude, inefficient person who took my call never even conveyed the request to the valet. For the remainder of my stay, I dealt directly with the valet who was polite, prompt and efficient in executing his duty.

Service was amazing and also the food. Everyone doing checking out for you at all times. The chef for breakfast and Emilia from room service went above and beyond.
Hotel is a nice hotel, was clean, secure, while had a great breakfast and supper buffet. Proximity to business offices and mall in area was great.
Concurrently hotel was highest price out of all hotels while staying India, with no landmarks or attractions to drive the substantially higher cost. Quality, cleanliness was on the same level as many other hotels we stayed at.
Clientele is predominantly corporate business associated with local offices.

My stay at Sheraton grand was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and seamless check-in process set the tone for a memorable experience. The room was elegantly designed, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views that added to the charm of the stay.
The dining experience was outstanding, with a variety of delectable options catering to different tastes. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met with efficiency and a smile. The amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch, providing the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury.
Overall, my experience at Shangri-La was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The breakfast buffet spread and quality. The waitress n waitresses are top notch. I haven’t stayed at Oberoi Bengaluru but your staff are better.
There was some confusion at the front desk when we checked in. It could have been handled better. Also the room is for 1 person only! I brought my wife and had to pay additional.
Our office was next to the hotel, so I'm biased on location. However, the ease of office and a mall across the street were all we needed for our everyday needs. The rooms were excellent, and the staff was more than attentive. They quickly replaced my room due to a musty smell, making me feel like a valued customer at every step. The restaurants on the property gave us all the experiences we needed, from more traditional continental food to local delicacies in a safe environment. The facilities, such as the gym and the lounge, were excellent and helpful.
My original room smelled musky, but it was quickly solved, no questions asked. The lounge closed at 23:00 every day, which was a bit early in some cases. Some of my team members would welcome more "less spicy" options.
