Cigarette smell everywhere

Freezing cold shower on our last morning.

There was some construction going on right in the same building as the hotel, actually above my room… It was terrible, I couldn’t even hear my own thoughts because it was so loud.

They started at 8 in the morning and kept going for about three hours straight.

No chance to get any rest.

I asked at the reception for some earplugs, but they didn’t have any.
The hotel itself was fine, but the construction completely ruined the stay!

Nous avions réservé sur Booking et la réservation était confirmée. Nous avons prévenu l'établissement que nous ariverions après minuit car nous arrivions à Pékin en avion. L'établissement était d'accord. Une fois arrivé, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponible alors que tout était confirmé par Booking. Nous étions avec notre enfant de 6 ans dans les bras. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir et nous ont fait partir en nous disant d'aller voir ailleurs. C'est établissement ne respecte pas ses engagements ni ses clients. Notre famille s'est retrouvée dehors en pleine nuit malgré notre réservation confirmée. Ils ont ensuite fait leurs excuses à Booking. C'est incompréhensible.

We booked a room for 3 people, however, the room was for 2 people ( there were only 2 towels, slippers, 1 bed….). We asked the reported our problem to the staff and they said they couldn’t do anything and that the room was for 3 people ( clearly it was no for that number of people). They said they could move us to another room on our last night and even on our last night they gave us more problems because they said we should have asked for the room in the morning not in the afternoon ( they didn’t tell us that). The staff didn’t give us a solution at all and we had to sleep uncomfortably 3 in a bed and the window was broken so it was really cold.
