The hotel is very nice, clean, good view from the room. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, I was served by Dilakshan who make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the meal, he kept tabs on me as I needed take away breakfast. Bravo Dilakshan!! Because of the quality of the service I’m planning to visit and staying in the same hotel.

The room was massive and very clean and comfortable. The staff were really attentive and polite and helped with all our requests.
The restaurant food was underwhelming but the set breakfast was very nice. The pool water was a little strong.
The Room was very spacious - our family room had an excellent setup with an attic for the kids beds.
Bed was very comfortable.

The pool was too cold to swim and the loungers around the pool all broken - overall badly maintained and not enjoyable to use.

Very nice location and also the services is Fantastic, all the staffs are great, Rangana, Dilukshan, Manisha, Dilukshan restaurant and also the all the staffs.
Nice and clean
The hotel is conveniently located near Kandy Lake, making it a good base for exploring the area. The facilities and services were generally satisfactory and in line with what we expected for the price. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is a reasonable choice for a short stay in Kandy.
Prachtige setting, dichtbij alles maar buiten de drukte. Mooie, goed uitgeruste kamer, uitstekende keuken en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Huge room and comfy bed! Lovely warm welcome with juice, an upgrade and a cool towel. It wasn't too far to walk round the lake and into the city and the views were simply stunning. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of variation and all the team were so helpful and friendly.
Just a thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have a bar and beer and wine are the only options but the wine is by the bottle. It was fine for us but could catch some visitors off gaurd.
