Great stay! Would go again!!
Pros:

Location was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Queens hotel (town centre). Staff were incredible and breakfast was lovely.

Pros:

Gerne wieder - aber den Pool brauche ich nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage war super - nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Temple of the tooth. Wir hatten ein riesiges, unglaublich tolles Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer und Küche.

Cons:

Der Swimmingpool lud nicht ein da rein zu gehen. Ich habe ewig gebraucht um erstmal das Licht zu finden. Der Pool ist im Souterrain und fast ganz überdacht…

Hotel con Vista al Lago
Pros:

El personal era muy amable. Nos íbamos temprano al día siguiente y nos dejaron una caja con desayuno. Además, la habitació contaba con vista al lago y era muy amplia. La comida del restaurante también era buena, y la ubicación conveniente.

Pros:

Kind staff and close to city center by foot. Rooms were clean

Cons:

The first room had an AC that was not working, they were kind and upgraded our room but this one had a bad smell in the bathroom.

For me the location was perfect, away from the hustle of the city but close to cafes, restaurants, and bars.
The room was spacious with a balcony for views of the lake.

Good base for a visit to Kandy
Pros:

Good location, easy to walk everywhere in Kandy! Lovely decor in the rooms, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was very cold and not very welcoming so we barely used it. It gets quite loud in the mornings with road and school noise, but I suspect this is normal for anywhere in Kandy!

A comfortable, family-friendly stay with great views, excellent food and genuinely attentive service
Pros:

We booked a top-floor apartment with two bedrooms just for our family, and it felt like a real treat. The private balcony was the highlight — beautiful views over the city and lake, especially early in the morning and late at night.

The location is spot on, right in the centre and easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. That said, we ended up dining at the hotel’s own restaurant most of the time — it was that good. The food presentation is world-class, and everything we tried was genuinely delicious. The kids loved it, so we found ourselves going back for both lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was also excellent, with a buffet offering a mix of Sri Lankan and European options. Plenty of choices, all fresh and well-prepared.

WiFi was fast, and the beds and air conditioning were very comfortable.

The staff were professional, friendly, and clearly well trained — always happy to help.

Highly recommend this little gem.
