Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very clean. The bar, although a good atmosphere, was a bit expensive.

Cons:

Felt it was more 3 star than 4. The decor was a bit tired in rooms.
Had pre booked collection from the airport but it didn't arrive so we found our own way to the hotel.

Pros:

Het hotel is rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij het centrum. Het was een goeie uitvalsbasis om het centrum te verkennen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, van de receptie tot het ontbijt tot het restaurant op het dak. Het zicht vanaf het restaurant was super. Het menuutje voor de iftar was heel lekker. We zouden er zeker opnieuw verblijven moesten we terug in Caïro zijn.

Cons:

Sommige onderdelen van de kamer waren niet vuil maar wat verouderd.

Hotel centrale, anche per spostarsi a piedi, lo consiglio.
Pros:

Colazione ottima, molto gentili, il ristorante all’ultimo piano ottimo e pulito con intrattenimento musicale, cenato 4 sere,

Cons:

Risistemare le tende alle finestre, nella stanza dei miei amici l’acqua calda non arrivava molto bene, nella mia stanza invece andava bene.
Purtroppo molti rumori esterni, cani che abbaiavano molto spesso, urla di gente, suoni di clacson, purtroppo non dipende dall’hotel, anzi in altri hotel ho letto che era anche peggio.

Non e un super hotel ma molto dignitoso e con colazione ottima pulizia buona
Pros:

Colazione ottima , il ristorante all interno dell hotel buono

Cons:

L insonorizzazione verso l esterno trafficato e rumoroso e molto scarsa , per cui clacson delle auto e l abbaiare dei cani randagi che ci sono in tutta la citta si sentono veramente tanto

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Nos quedamos con mi familia en este hotel
Está muy bien su ubicación la limpieza
El personal muy amables
Sobre todo el restaurante del piso 13 fue un placer comer todos los días ahí
El personal son muy atentos y preocupados por todo.
Hay un mesero en particular que fue demasiado atento simpático me parece que se llama Pedro es un señor con bigotes.
La comida es excelente y económico.

das Hotel ist wegen der Nähe zum tahrirplatz super. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer nachts mit viel Unruhe vor allem durch die vielen Hunde, aber auch durch den verkehr.

Nothing. Its is very bad property.

Cons:

I didn't like anything about this hotel. It was a very bad experience starting from checkin till checkout.
At reception, Olfat is very misleading person. Trying to laugh with customers but to trap them not to help them. She is jot professional at all an annoying.

The room case is not working and it took them three time to disturb me and change the batteries. Caee is not safe, all staff can open it. If you stay there don't leave you valuable stuff in the case.

The room is very small and not clean. Its not like images at all. Very expensive for such room.

Breakfast is bad and not fresh. The restaurant is smelling. Forks and cups are dirty. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst hotel breakfast I ve ever experienced.

People at reception don't know what to do. They need confirmation for manager every time. I think the management is very bad.

Pros:

le restaurant très bon, le Cairo vista.

Cons:

Les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit, c'est insupportable. Il faut revoir l'isolation des fenêtres, sinon, c'est impossible de dormir.
Au niveau visite du Caire, le programme n'a pas tout à fait été respecté, et il faut essayer de respecter les envies des clients.
