La situation, le sourire du personnel, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les taxes supplémentaires exorbitantes (env 94$ de plus) , l’impossibilité de payer en carte ( seul endroit où elle n’a pas fonctionné ! ), payer en liquide ne me dérange pas mais il faudrait prévenir en amont. ( cela m’a énervé ). Piscine très peu profonde même pas au genoux.

Pros:

The location is very convenient. It is good value for money. The food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, Olfat at reception was friendly engaging and understood English.

Cons:

The pool was not as deep as we were expecting (great for children) but we were still able lie in it and cool off.

We had a comfortable and pleasant 4-night stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Cairo. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff — especially the receptionist, Olfat. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. She answered all our questions patiently and always went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her kindness genuinely made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall we were satisfied and don’t have any significant complaints. There is always small room for improvement, but nothing affected our experience in a meaningful way.
