Yes if you are desperate
Pros:

Rooftop restaurant that offers a reasonable Breakfast.

Cons:

It's Access is only through an elevator that's old and working only by a key and a guard.
The Hotel occupy the highest two floors of 12 floors building.
Parking space in front of it is very limited.
Furniture workable but definitely have seen better days.
