Pros:

Atmosphere is excellent, very clean, very comfortable, i took room by the pool yet had very quiet sleep , the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, highly recommended
Ask about arwa at reception desk she will take the stay to another level
Ask about mahmoud from house keeping, very clean very respectful very helpful
