Pros:

Location and very friendly staff. Adam in housekeeping on second floor was exceptional and very courteous and pleasant.

الموقف الاول اي طلب نطلبه يجي غلط بالاكل رغم ان بعض الأطعمة لدينا بها حساسية رغم ان الطلب تم اخذه من الشيف والمدير محمد حسن ووجود ثلاث اشخاص من الموظفين
2 عدم وجود بيزنس سنتر
3 موظفة الاستقبال كرستينا تم ابلاغها عند تاخرنا بالرحله يرجى عمل check out وبعدها تم الزامنا بأخذ ليلة اضافيه

I booked this hotel for my parents, and they came back happier and more relaxed than I could have hoped for. They couldn’t stop talking about how welcomed and well cared for they felt throughout their stay.

A special thank you to Miss Arwa for her kindness, warmth, and constant help. She truly made their experience even more memorable. They also wanted to recognize Mr. Adham for his exceptional effort in keeping their room spotless, as well as for his friendliness and generosity. It’s people like them who make a stay feel truly special.

My parents said the genuine hospitality and warm welcome made all the difference, and they are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team for giving them such a wonderful experience!
