Just the photos of mountain view room needs to be changed as its showing the family suite its not the room in the picture but the room does exists its just the wrong picture is on the wrong room type

The name of the hotel should be adjusted and its very misleading.

Originally we booked a room with pyramid views, as soon in the pictures and when we arrived there they had given our room to somebody else, despite having booked this accommodation months in advance.
They first presented a room for us with just a window and little to no view at all (we had also requested for a balcony due to smoking) and they told us to open the window to smoke.

Then they showed us a whole apartment for us. We decided to take the apartment, had a good view of the pyramids at least (not like the one we originally booked but it was good for us)
What we did notice however was that cleaned needed to be taken more seriously as hair was visible and we also found extremely dirty dishes in one of the drawers whilst we were looking for plates..

Another issue was that the ensuite shower had no doors so water splashed round everywhere and even though we did our best to avoid this from happening we then noticed that the shower tray had been leaking water which continued flooding the whole bathroom and even spread to the bedroom from under the door.

Other than that, staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and despite the hotel name needing adjustment on the platform, the location was okay also.

The receptionist, the cockeyed receptionist is a scammer, he works in the evening shift. He ruined our trip.
He sold us two tours. One pyramid tour and one Nile cruise.

The pyramid tour: he said that we will have a private car and a tour guide with us from the morning up to closing time who will show us around tell us things, take our pictures and bargain for us. What we got was a guy who drove us there to the pyramid parking and made us use the hop on hop off bus! There was never a car! and then handed us over to his buddies who were scamming us for money to take our pictures and hassling us for camel rides, when we confronted him, he said he doesn’t know anything he’s there to take us to and from the hotel. He was basically baggage we had to carry the whole day, he was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. Imagine us stopping to take pictures and he would just tell us to hurry up?? We paid 25 USD for this trip. Which was basically a transfer to and from the hotel which would have been $5 with an Uber.

Nile cruise: we were full from a heavy lunch at the pyramids and after we came back we spoke to the cockeyed receptionist asking if he could reschedule for the next day, he said it will cost us 60% extra because he already bought tickets, I said can you call the company and ask, he literally pretended to make a phone call, walked around and away from me and spoke a little Arabic, came back and said it’s 50% extra we have to pay to reschedule. He said just go because it’s the LAST TWO TICKETS and it’s VIP! and that we’ll have a great time.
I agreed even know I knew he was bullshitting me while leaving we asked, oh it’s VIP what are we getting extra? He was stumped, he said “uuuhhh you get dessert” so VIP just get dessert ? He’s said yes you get dessert.
It was supposed to be a private transfer but the car picked up two other people along the way!

Although we booked an extra night for the first day as our flight was early and I wanted a room so when we arrive early in the morning I would have the room ready to shower and rest. But as I did the Check In the room was not ready ( probably they had gave it to someone while the booking was under my name) disappointed as I paid money for nothing and did not get my rest at all.

1. Change of hotel name. We noticed that the actual hotel name is not as what was mentioned in Booking.com. The name of the hotel is the New Top Pyramids View Hotel. This made us go around searching before we finally got hold of this hotel. The reception was at Level 6, and we were allocated a room at Level 6. The hotel doesn't appear in Google Maps, and they gave us a location pin to use each time we move to and from the hotel. To make our life easy, we chose to use a restaurant nearby as our pick-up point instead.

3. Cancelling our booking, although we were present and checked in.
As soon as we reached the hotel, we were asked to make the full payment from 22nd Dec till 26th Dec (4 nights) before getting the room key, which we did. However, later, we received notification from Booking.com that our booking was cancelled, although we were already there. When we enquired, they mentioned that there were some errors and asked us to rebook for the next day onwards (23rd till 26th) without any charges, which we did.

4. Water disruption
On 23rd Dec ( second day of our stay), at around 5 pm upon returning to the hotel after our day trip, we noticed there is no water supply. We asked the reception and was told that there is water cut in the city and no water everywhere. Since they told us no other alternatives, we decided to stay there for the night, hoping the water would be reinstated the following day. However, there was still no water next morning, and they kept telling us it would come in 10 mins for more than an hour. We got suspicious and went to the next door hotel to check, and we were told they have no issues with water!! We got shocked to hear this and realised that the issue was only with this particular hotel and not the city. They were clearly lying to us the whole time.
When I returned and questioned them, they kept lying and repeating that it would come in a few mins, but no.

Did not prioritize customers safety, and delivering on what they say they would do. not giving customers what they paid for. giving up rooms dispute me being in constant communication with them. I also booked a pick up from the airport. which did not show up. i called them only for them to tell me to take another ride the driver got into an accident. they could have booked another ride or texted me to tell them that. they had been texting me all day.
