Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is located only a few metres from the airport’s landing path, so aircraft fly extremely low directly overhead. The noise was unbearable, especially at night, making it impossible to sleep or relax.

We had booked seven nights but had to leave after the first night because it was simply impossible to stay there. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us for the remaining six nights that we did not use.

The extreme aircraft noise and proximity to the airport should be clearly disclosed to guests before booking.

locatia frumoasa, hotelul ingrijit, camerele curate cu curatenie zilnica, micul dejun basic. fix vis-a-vis de pista aeroportului deci vor zbura zi noapte avioane.

Cons:

faptul ca la piscina sezlongurile se ocupau cu proasoape de la ora 7, iar daca ajungeai la 8 nu mai era nimic liber in conditiile in care oaspetii veneau la 11, 12 la piscina.. hotelul trebuia sa managerieze altfel situatia.. sa se ofere prosoape atunci cand veneai, sa aibe un om sa verifice acest aspect..au ramas copii mici fara sezlong fiindca erau puse prosoape de catre altii..urat!

Pros:

השהות שלנו הייתה פשוט מושלמת הדבר שהכי אהבתי במלון זה את השירות צוות הקבלה אמיר וקטרינה וכל היתר היו פשוט מדהימים. הם דאגו לכל צורך שלנו והרגשנו ממש כמו בבית.

Excelente para descansar
Pros:

O facto de ficar numa zona mais calma, facilita os acessos tanto do aeroporto, porto e outras cidades à volta. As áreas do hotel também são maiores e mais modernas, com um preço mais justo. Quartos muito confortáveis e espaçosos. A receção ajudou-nos sempre que preciso com as melhores dicas e apoio.

Cons:

O hotel fica um pouco isolado, pelo que os preços do transporte são um pouco exagerados, mas é transversal aos táxis e uber da região. O pequeno almoço tinha qualidade, mas podia oferecer mais opções no geral. A praia não é incrível para mergulhar porque tem muitas pedras. Nesse aspeto, Kamari pareceu ser uma zona com melhores praias e também mais barata e com mais vida à volta (turismo).

A fantastic, relaxing summer break!
Pros:

All the hotel staff from the cleaners to the dining staff to the front desk were all exceptionally friendly and very helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble which was lovely.

Cons:

Some variety in the lunch menu to include salad and some more healthy options.

Piękny kameralny hotel. Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt.

Piękny kameralny hotel. Bardzo zadbany. Dużo zieleni. Bardzo dobra obsługa.

Cons:

Plaza nie jest urocza. Trochę piaszczysta trochę kamienista. Bez butów do wody cieżko skorzystać.
Obok jest lotnisko startujące samoloty słychać i widać tuż obok.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso in una struttura elegante e accogliente. Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente!
Pros:

Struttura davvero bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e con un’atmosfera elegante e rilassante. La piscina è stupenda, gli ambienti sono puliti e il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Kamari, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia, i ristoranti e tutti i servizi

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che non ci è piaciuto è stato il modo in cui è stata gestita la situazione dell’allagamento causato da una tubatura. Comprendiamo che si sia trattato di un inconveniente imprevedibile e che, purtroppo, non ci fosse disponibilità per poterci spostare in un’altra camera. Tuttavia, ci saremmo aspettati una gestione un po’ più attenta della situazione e maggiore attenzione nei nostri confronti.
