Warm, welcoming and perfectly located guest house in Copenhagen
Pros:

Staying at this guest house in Copenhagen was an absolute delight. Although it’s a shared apartment, the privacy was never compromised — we always felt comfortable and at ease.

The location is unbeatable — all major attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city.

The owner is truly one of the warmest people I’ve ever met. He welcomed us wholeheartedly, was always available to help, and shared his incredible passion for art, which was inspiring to see firsthand.

The house itself was fantastic. A large shared kitchen meant we could cook whenever we wanted, with all amenities provided. It also became a lovely social space where fellow guests shared stories and experiences, and we got to connect with travelers from all over.

The owner greeted us warmly when we left, a gesture that made us feel truly cared for. Being in a foreign country and receiving such warmth is priceless. Highly, highly recommended!

Fabulous location and great, clean facilities
Pros:

The location of this property is amazing! Everything within walking distance and the airport was very easily accessible. My room was large and extremely comfortable, the shared bathroom and kitchen were always clean and the property was very easy to find from clear instructions from the host. The neighbourhood felt very safe and comfortable, and the property itself was quiet and all other occupants were respectful.

Make Yourself at Home
Pros:

It is a funky place, filled with art and whimsy. It seems as though a few of the residents actually live there (based on the amount of serious cooking taking place in the communal kitchen). After some adjustment, it felt homey to me because of this. There was always someone preparing food, always people coming and going. More personal and private than a hostel but still plenty of opportunity to connect.

Cons:

One takes their chances with a communal living space. There was some odd energy from one of the guys, choosing to cook in nothing more than his briefs, taking long baths with his friends and hogging the bathroom. . . Carsten the host expressed concern since I was right next door to this person. It all worked out, but I can see where things could go astray under the circumstances. Overall, though, a really good vibe.

Gente desnuda y drogada
Pros:

La habitación era grande, cama cómoda, olía muy bien, vistas al canal, el baño estaba en frente a la habitación y cocina equipada.

Cons:

Estuvimos solo dos días, y vimos más de 15 personas (hombres) entrar y salir de las habitaciones, de unas a otras, en ocasiones desnudos (incluso el propio dueño). Algunos de ellos estaban en ocasiones drogados…. La situación fue un poco incómoda. Hay 5 personas viviendo en la casa y 2 habitaciones alquiladas… la gente que vive allí, lleva gente de fuera y hacen ruidos a cualquier hora. Se forman hasta colas de gente para entrar en una habitación… La casa está muy bien, pero no es un sitio al que recomendaría para familias, por las situaciones que se viven.

I liked it, and the service was good.
Pros:

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay after check-out time. We had a late departure and it was cold outside, but you let us stay and use the kitchen.

Красивый вид из окна. Было тепло. Приятный персонал. Местоположение хорошее. Собственный холодильник.

Cons:

В помещении запах сигарет. На кухне курят. Микроволновка грязная. Грязная постель с пятнами на простыне. Ложиться в такую постель не комфортно. Слабый WIFI. Не самое чистое место.
