Cucarachas en la habitación
La Alberca y cercanía al aeropuerto
Ruidoso. Los huéspedes de a lado hacían mucho ruido que pasaba por la puerta de a lado y nos despertaban a las 7 am. El cuarto está viejito, no vayan con altas expectativas. Si quieren pasar un par de días, para ir de paso está bien. Largas estancias, no las recomiendo aunque la alberca está increíble y el restaurante del hotel es muy bueno y las porciones muy vastas.

La alberca, tienda adentro de las instalaciones, cerca de oxxo.
No tienes toalla de playa, te asignan el condominio que ellos quieren, no puedes cocinar en la habitación porque no hay estufa o parrilla electrica, no tiene sentido tener trastes, tienes que comprar tu papel higienico porque al check in solo te dejan 1 rollo, limpieza se llevo 3 toallas humedas y solo dejo 1 toalla seca.
Los dos el restaurant exelente y la plcina bien
Un dispensador de shampu en el baño seria exelente

The taxi to the airport cost me 68.00 when I thought it was a gre shuttle from the airport. I would have freaking called an Uber.

Hi I paid a security deposit for my room when I checked in on Jan 21 and upon checking out on Jan 24 they checked my room and I was told the amount would be put back on my account and I am checking now and I was not reimbursed. Please advise asap.
