This facility does not match the pictures shown on their website. The room I had, neither of the doors, Juliet balcony or entry doors did not lock properly, BIG security concern for a senior female, Kitchen did not have a coffee pot or kettle, no cloth to wash dishes, microwave interior was totally rusted, The beds were old with little padding left and the smell of sewer gasses was awful. No telephone in the room so to contact the reception to get assistance with the TV, which still didn't work after batteries were replaced, I had to go down three flights of stairs or wait for an elevator that you weren't sure was safe! Not great for anyone who has any kind of disability. I spent one night and left after paying for seven! No accomodation for loss of funds were offered. I had to pay for another facility for the balance of my trip. Very poor maintenance of this hotel. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there. Buyer Be Aware.

Boa localização, vista deslumbrante, pessoal atencioso e prestativo. bom restaurante, apesar de preços altos.

desde o primeiro dia reportamos baratas no quarto e convivemos com aparecimento desses insetos durante toda a estada. Dificuldades em ter o apartamento abastecido com as toalhas necessárias. As vezes nao tinha todas, outras faltava algumas. Tivemos que descer varias vezes na portaria para solicitar toalhas. Neste sentido, as toalhas sao velhas, asperas. Um dia a limpeza foi feita somente na parte da tarde, depois que chegamos de nossas atividades.

Pros:

Me gustó la pileta y que de a la playa que tenga heladera y microondas sumo aire y tele

Cons:

La verdad un poco viejo el hotel en si, un poco de olor a humedad. La playa podrían limpiarla un poco más mucha suciedad por más que no sea su responsabilidad.

Excelente lugar volveriamos!
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel mi hijo disfruto mucho la piscina, la habitación era cómoda con aire acondicionado la ducha funcionaba bien y la limpieza era buena. Buena ubicación y excelente vista de la habitacion. El personal muy amable y el restaurante del hotel con buenos precios y comida rica volveríamos totalmente!

Que no tenía el balcón sillas ni mesas :(

Es un lugar tranquilo , sin música , la playa y piscina son excelentes. El trato del personal me pareció amable.

Creo que es un lugar que está mal vendido . Es más parecido a un departamento que a un hotel y eso es realmente valorable. Tenés vista al mar , podes dormirte y despertarte con el sonido de las olas y a diferencia de un beach club no hay música a todo volumen sonando todo el tiempo.

Cons:

Sucede que como lo venden como un hotel, hay expectativas que no llegan a cumplirse. Por ejemplo contar con un vestuario donde bañarse después del check out , ya que solo es posible acceder a un baño donde cambiarse.
Lo mismo sucede con el estado general del condominio, es viejo pero realmente eso no afecta en nada la estadía.
Por otro lado creo que hay unos quick wins que en mi caso habrian cambiado mi calificación a un 10: el olor en el cuarto y en las almohadas . El cuarto olía a veneno, tuve la ventana abierta toda una tarde y parte de la noche y no se fue y las almohadas a humedad. Para una noche como fue mi caso es suportable, pero para estadías más largas puede ser incómodo.
