Excellent, très bons mots, très belle vie et super resto
Rien c’était parfait
La piscina, el acceso a la playa, el restaurante y la ubicación
La habitación contaba con una escalera interna muy estrecha, lo que dificultaba subir con maletas, el mobiliario está desgastado. Por último te cobran 100 dólares de garantía, los cuales se devuelven al momento del check out si la habitación está en perfectas condiciones. En mi caso los pagué con tarjeta y la devolución puede demorar hasta 2 semanas. Me incomodó porque al momento de reservar no te lo dicen, lo hacen unos días antes de llegar, cuando no tienes opción de cancelar sin cobro

Es viejo . El restaurante. No es acordé .precios altos.
El hotel esta dentro de Cancun Plaza que esta sobre la playa y tiene buena piscina y un restaurante relativamente completo.
Las habitaciones tienen instalaciones extremadamente viejas, no tienen comodidades basicas como secadora de pelo, cafeteras, etc, es muy basico, las toallas son muy viejas.
La vista que tenía la habitación aunque tuve que pedir que me cambiaran de habitación porque en la primera estaba junto a otra donde se escuchaba todo en el primer piso.
Todo estuvo bien solo lo de la habitación pero me cambiaron entonces estuvo bien.
La Playa y el área de la alberca
Las sábanas de la cama nos dimos cuenta que estaban manchadas de sangre de ya tiempo atrás porque se veía ya seca, había cucarachas.

I liked the location, the beach, most of the staff and the surrounding areas.
My stay at the BSEA Hotel was overall fine, but one policy really stood out in a negative way. The hotel does not allow food deliveries from outside restaurants to your room. This was inconvenient, especially after a long day when I just wanted something quick and different to eat.
While I understand there may be reasons for this rule, it would be much more guest-friendly to allow deliveries or at least offer a more flexible option. Because of this, I would think twice before staying here again.
El precio es bueno
Las instalaciones son muy viejas, cuando apartas por aquí no te avisan sobre el deposito de 2000 pesos que tienes que dejar, la alberca un poco sucia.

We loved the infinity pool and bar/restaurant. There’s also a smaller pool overlooking the property above the restaurant where they give massages and you can order a drink and relax in a more private setting, which was really enjoyable.

Beds are good but the rest of the room is terrible.

I was looking for the massage lady for 2 to 3 hours. She wasn't around and nobody cared I was looking for her.
You haven't done any maintenance to the bed frames. We didn't have lights in the fan neither we had lamps.
I am just learning that WIFI supposed to be paid. No wonder we didn't have wifi connexion. HORRIBLE for this time when technology is 100% available.
