Une chambre sale, un matelas moisi
Pros:

Rien, je ne suis pas restée tellement la chambre et la literie étaient sales. Le réceptionniste, plutôt gentil, devait être tellement gêné de me présenter cette chambre, qu'il m'a donné les clés sur la terrasse et est reparti.
J'ai demandé à être remboursée, le manager m'a dit de faire une réclamation à booking pour être remboursée et après plusieurs relances de ma part la situation a été réglée.

Cons:

Tout. Je ne suis pas restée tellement la chambre et la literie étaient sales.

Molto suggestivo, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo (un grazie particolare a Julian), posizione suggestiva nella giungla, vasca nel patio, colazione servita nel patio.

Cons:

Condizionatore un po’ rumoroso, nessuna possibilità di mangiare nella struttura.

3 notti nella giungla tropicale
Pros:

Struttura immersa nella giungla tropicale, luogo perfetto per connettersi davvero con la natura e incontrare gli animali del luogo come iguane, scoiattoli e scimmie urlatrici. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile con noi accontentandoci in tutto.

Pros:

Está muy cerca de la zona arqueológica, llegas en un colectivo en 5 min.
Lo malo es que la gente de la zona no está muy bien organizada y tienes que hacer 3 pagos diferentes en el mismo lugar, para luego volver a subir a otro colectivo por 2 min.

Amazing!
Pros:

The pools ( other than private and general) are a good refreshing moment after visiting all day.

We stayed here 12 years ago as a couple and we come back as a family and we found what we were looking for: a nice calm place with and amazing crew.

LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL, EL AMBIENTE Y EL DISEÑO ES MUY ROMANTICO PERO TE MANTIENE CONECTADO CON LA NATURALEZA EN UN NIVEL EQUILIBRADO Y EN ESPECIAL LA TINA EXTERIOR ES INCREIBLE

QUIZA AUN CON MOSQUITEROS, HABIA MOSQUITOS DENTRO DE LA HABITACION. LAS CAMAS SON COMODAS, PERO LA HERRERIA EN OCACIONES HACE MUCHO RUIDO.

To stay here is to dwell in a corner of paradise.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, the grounds quiet, well-maintained and very beautiful. The hotel is in close proximity to the Palenque ruins, and the entire staff was quick to offer suggestions regarding nearby sights, transportation and dining.

Cons:

Given its location, the food options can be limited.

Heerlijk relaxt
Pros:

Grote kamer met 2 aparte bedden. Ook de douche was lekker groot met een mooie harde straal. Ondanks dat we in de jungle zaten was alles droog, schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Er was geen mogelijkheid om iets te eten in het hotel en het stadje was best ver weg.

Dormir en medio de la selva
Pros:

Es un hotel en medio de la selva. Fernando, la persona que nos atendió, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Fue muy amable, trató de hacer de nuestra estancia un momento inolvidable.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Mejoraría el desayuno bufet con algo de proteína. Fernando nos lo sirvió muy amablemente.
