Your staff is wonderful! They go all out to make sure guests are satisfied. They have solutions, suggestions, as well as helpful advice that truly help tourists. The property has a serene and safe atmosphere. Love the hammock and hot tub right outside the room!
There is no restaurant on the premises but there’s a great one within walking distance. The hotel also offered delivery from places nearby, so there are options. A restaurant on the premises would be a nice addition .

The hotel is very nice and the property is great. The room was very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private bath tub outside our room. The staff were nice and helpful and the service was excellent.
Maybe because we visited in low season, but the pool could be cleaner, and there was no water in the hot tub. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: Chiapas is so rich in fruits, but what we were served was not the best. Also, the toast will be better if you use a toaster, not an airfryer. But the coffee was good.

Niets viel tegen
Bungalow nella giungla molto carini, con piccolo dehor privato. Spazi comuni curati e piscina con affaccio sulla vegetazione perfetta per rilassarsi, con la possibilità di farsi fare un ottimo massaggio nella spa accanto. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Non c’è il ristorante ma il servizio a domicilio che si appoggia a ristoranti vicini è molto comodo, soprattutto considerando la distanza della struttura dal centro di Palenque.
Camere un pó umide. Posizione comoda per le rovine ma non per raggiungere il centro di Palenque a piedi.

Umístění hotelu na kraji džungle. Měli jsme štěstí, slyšeli i nakonec viděli rodinku vřešťanů.
Občas přes jazykovou bariéru, velice ochotný personál pomoci s čímkoliv. Objednali jídlo z nedaleké restaurace. Objednali, co bylo třeba, z nedalekého obchodu. Vše přivezli do hotelu. Pomohli se zařízením výletu na ruiny Palenque i na Aqua Azul a Misol-Ha.

Que el jacuzzi no sirve, es muy dificil llenar de agua caliente la tina de la terraza de la habitación, que se ve deteriorado y falto de mantenimiento
Absolutely heavenly. It was incredibly relaxing, serene, felt luxurious. Room scent was devine, as thought walking into a spa room. The grounds were a zen garden of peace and beauty.
I was not aware I needed to let desk know to have continental breakfast. I should have read the information. That was on me. Staff super accommodating and provided me with great option. Everything else was perfect.
The property has all of the “needs” for an amazing palenque stay but unfortunately the management cares little about this amazing property and are letting it fall into ruin.
Bugs in the bedroom and bathroom, the toilet was stopped up, no fresh water for drinking, the bed sheets for poorly and the mattress cover was threadbare. The entire room needed paint and the bathroom was moldy and messy.
