Pros:

Es un hotel en medio de la selva. Fernando, la persona que nos atendió, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Fue muy amable, trató de hacer de nuestra estancia un momento inolvidable.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Mejoraría el desayuno bufet con algo de proteína. Fernando nos lo sirvió muy amablemente.

Wunderschöne Anlage, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, definitiv keine 4 oder 5 Sterne
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage mitten im Dschungel. Man hört und sieht Brüllaffen direkt am Pool. Unsere kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht alles möglich zu machen. Es spricht zwar niemand Englisch, aber mit Google Translate kein Problem. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber sehr basic.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Möbel sind kaputt, der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr feucht und es kommen viele Mücken herein. Die Klimaanlage ist laut, aber funktioniert. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben Flecken. Das Zimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Pleasant and relaxing, near Palenque ruins.
Pros:

Your staff is wonderful! They go all out to make sure guests are satisfied. They have solutions, suggestions, as well as helpful advice that truly help tourists. The property has a serene and safe atmosphere. Love the hammock and hot tub right outside the room!

Cons:

There is no restaurant on the premises but there’s a great one within walking distance. The hotel also offered delivery from places nearby, so there are options. A restaurant on the premises would be a nice addition .

We enjoyed our stay at Piedra de agua.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the property is great. The room was very nice and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private bath tub outside our room. The staff were nice and helpful and the service was excellent.

Cons:

Maybe because we visited in low season, but the pool could be cleaner, and there was no water in the hot tub. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: Chiapas is so rich in fruits, but what we were served was not the best. Also, the toast will be better if you use a toaster, not an airfryer. But the coffee was good.
